Got a really nice set of seats for my Mini Cooper, but forgot a couple of small parts. Got back in touch with them and they shipped them to me at no charge. Very nice folks to work with.

Here is a picture of the bumper that was sold to me as "no damage" I saw the picture on ebay and asked them if the bumper was damaged or if it was just a glare on the picture since it was on a corner. I was told the bumper was perfect and not damaged in any way. I took their word for it so didn't unwrap it when it arrived. When I did open the box you can see what I found I found in the attached picture. I called to see if they would be willing to "make it right" but Caleb Lindquist said there was nothing he could do. These guys are deceitful and liars. Be careful.Just responding to inform everyone who takes the time to read your response. I do applaud you for taking the time to research the issue which is more than I got from Joe. When I asked to speak with Joe's supervisor because he was not willing to help me he told me his supervisors name was Caleb Lindquist.....after waiting on hold Joe came back to me and said he talked with his supervisor and he was not willing to do anything then hung up. In my review I indicated Caleb Lindquist was not willing to do anything. I do not see where I was "internet sleuthing" or lying. I did however make an assumption that Joe did talk to Caleb since he told me he talked to his supervisor. To respond to the "no one mounts a damaged bumper" comment. The bumper was very nicely wrapped in bubble wrap. To take precautions not to scratch it we left the bubble wrap on while we set it in place. While it was setting loosely in place we took the bubble wrap off and saw the damage. The bumper is just sitting in place on the truck it is not tightened. Trust me when I tell you that I wish I had never taken the word of the person who responded to me on ebay and indicated that it was a bad photo and the bumper was not damaged.....also know as lying or being deceitful. I do need to thank you for teaching my son a lesson. He has saved money and worked hard on this truck so he could have something to drive. When we finally did get around to putting the bumper on and noticed the damage it taught him a very valuable lesson to not believe someone over the internet. Even when you ask them directly and they lie you are still responsible to make sure they are not conning you. This $295 lesson to a 16 year old boy will save him a lot more than $295 in the future. If you could spend a little more time researching please pull of your pictures on Ebay and notice the damage and you will see that I am not being deceitful. Please leave the video up so everyone can see what a perfect bumper looks like.

Heritage is the worst experience I've ever had with a business! Their customer service is deplorable and that's being nice! The experience with Kaleb and Jarrod is a collaboration of lies and ineptitude. I purchased an engine on 10/28/2021 and I received it 11/08/2021, upon installation it was found to be a defective engine and the rest has been straight out of the Twilight Zone! I want a refund and they keep sending drivers that claim they can't get the motor on the truck after Jarrod specifically told me to put it on a pallet, tie it down and wrap in plastic! The company they use AAA Cooper to pick up and deliver is cut from the same cloth as the aforementioned above. They emailed me today and said that I have to pay for shipping the engine back to them to get my refund. My mechanics shop is just that a mechanics shop and they don't have a forklift so the driver's that they send after I have explained this to Jarrod several times are ill equipped to pickup the motor! If I have explained that there's no forklift available and they keep sending drivers without a forklift, that's just bad business.Do business with them at your own risk! Super shady!!!

BUYER BEWARE! I bought a used rim from them directly when they contacted me outside of an eBay auction. Huge mistake, I should have stayed with eBay buyer protection. I had a feeling they were doing this so they wouldn't have to worry about eBay forcing them to provide a refund and return shipping on defective parts. I took the rim to a nationwide tire shop and they told me it was bent. I emailed multiple times and placed many calls and left many messages. I finally spoke to one sales rep who said I would receive a call back and I never did. I kept calling and got through days later and now Heritage expects me to pay for return shipping and will not provide a refund. They also sent insulting emails demonstrating severe unprofessionalism.

I have had the misfortune to have worked on several Crossfire convertibles that were in need of hard to find, no longer made parts. The pieces I was looking for were pretty specific, and hard to describe, but the people at Heritage were patient with me, and I was able to get what I needed in a timely fashion, at a reasonable price. They will be the first place I call when the need arises. Dave, New Hampshire.

Quotes one price over the phone. Then another on ebay for the same part. Says part is impossible to find, (it's not, there are 4-5 available at any given time) and wants perfect condition prices for parts that need dozens of hours of refurb to get them back to "okay" shape. Buyer be warned, these people think their parts are worth gold, even when they aren't.

Bought a Porsche 996 steering wheel with airbag and had an EXCELLENT experience. It arrived promptly and was PERFECTLY packed for interstate transport. I can't say that for many vendors out there but they took the time to ship it with care. As a small business owner I appreciate this level of service and will do business with them again very soon. I ordered leather seats for a Cadillac. The picture and description listed them as "full leather". What I got were vinyl and fabric seats. This company refuses to do anything to rectify the situation. The seats had to be shipped in a large crate and I have no way to ship them back. I am demanding half of my money back as I would not have paid the same amount for vinyl seats.
