I purchased a sunroof for my 2004 Hummer H2, and unfortunately, the part arrived with a frozen cable and wasn’t working properly. They made purchase of the used NISSAN TITAN engine very easy, found them on line but realized were local so drove down, paid in cash in person. They delivered engine with no problem and stated all I had to do was to call them and they would send someone for core pickup. Once they received back would refund core deposit. When I called in for core return, was told i was on the list, few weeks go by and was then pushed off to their “contracted” pick up person. After multiple attempts and apparent lies with THEIR core pick up person I have given up. I will probably never use them again but if I do factor their core price into the job because it’s money you’ll NEVER get back. They could have just credited the core money if they were having that big of an issue actually arranging a pick up of the core. Pic of the core sitting outside my shop still waiting. EDIT: (3-28-25) I was not going respond to your comment/response and move on, but since you have now reached out to MY EMPLOYER to try and intimidate me which I feel is harassment at this point, I will respond to it. The information you posted is incorrect you did charge a extra $50 for delivery when I paid for the engine. You offered the service of the drop off and pickup of core, unknown to me until my second or third phone call to your company to have core picked up at which point I was then informed the delivery guy wasn't your employee but a outside company. You stated in your response that you were "already" picking something up from near by dealer so sounds like you deliver and pickup, just not when there is core money owed I suppose. Had you told me upfront that you don't offer local delivery and/or (mostly pickup) I could have brought my trailer and picked engine up, also yes I can return it but since $50 was added to my purchase for delivery I will not bring back up since was charged for a service. You still could refund the core money to resolve this, but instead you chose to contact my employer instead-
