I'm sure these guys know me as the eclipse guy bc they're the only ones in the Houston area with a 2g Mitsubishi eclipse. I thought I needed a new alternator and they gave it to me but when it turned out to be an unplugged wire I returned the part. Well 3 months down the line I needed a window. I had lost the receipt for 50$ credit but they remembered me and honored the credit. These guys are super cool and helpful. Will be coming back for sure next time I need anything!!! Richie

They made me wait for a part that was never sent. Then when i asked why couldn't they have called me earlier instead of making me wait the whole day for nothing. They told me they couldnt do business with me if i couldnt make the drive. This is after i called 2 days before as they assured me the part would be sent. TERRIBLE customer service dude was just soo rude on the phone. Im sure asking for a manager would have done nothing.. NOT this location the new caney location Srry
