Really nice office, lots of inventory. The employees take the parts off for you and charge a good price. Only took 15 minutes for them to take off a set of wheels and a spoiler. I'll be back if they have any parts that I need for sure

Wrong address was given to me. That place is not a place where they do business. If you arrive coming from the north. You will need to go down to very next road on your right. Turn right andit is before the train tracks on the right. If you reach the tracks, you've passed it up.

I was having one of those really bad days and needed a new battery for my van. Junior was able to help me out even went as far as installing it for me since I’m not handy at all. We got the battery out and found out that I needed a different kind within 10 minutes He had a guy from the yard pull up with it and had it installed great service fully recommend.

I was not able to find what i needed on the internet. The dealer had outrageous price. Ed's had just what i needed with a great price. I even came back and negotiated for other items that caught my eye. They were welcoming and allowed me to search as i needed. My daughter also loves their dog.

Went to pick up motor at a great deal but when I asked about warranty they said 30 days great right. Now get this if the motor is bad and there's no other motor available I get credit back but no refund. Now we are a shop and we buy more than 30 motors per month but with this policy I would tell everyone beware.

Had them come pick up 2 cars I don't need anymore. The guy was nice and good at his job ..payed me a fair price for scrap cars. Got them out quickly and now I have my yard back. Will call them if I ever need to again

They usually have what I need for my vehicle. When they don't which is rare they let me know. Really good communication. They know what they have, and what they don't have.

Person who answered the phone seemed to not even check for the part I asked for. He was very condescending and short with me. Before I could even tell him the exact model and part I was looking for he cut me off and said twice that he didn't have that particular part in stock. And didn't even suggest a place that might.

If I could give this establishment negative 5 stars I would!!! My husband had me call to price a radiator for our vehicle and the man answering the phone was incredibly rude , condescending, and chauvinistic. Just because I'm a woman doesn't mean I don't know what I'm talking about. We will never bother with this pathetic excuse of a salvage yard again!!
