    Very knowledgeable with the actual tow but are WAY too expensive! $200 tow to go about 100 feet!! Talk about price gouging for people literally stuck in the snow!!

    I had a Uhaul reservation here on August 1st. Despite the Uhaul reservation system and the sign on the from door both claiming the place was open, it was not. After calling the emergency tow line I learned that the only man who can help with Uhaul is named Tim, and he had been gone since Tuesday. I'm guessing he left for vacation and forgot to set his hours with Uhaul. Due to this negligence, my move was delayed, and I saw other people in the same situation. Bottom line: My house was set on fire, I needed to move all my stuff out of it, and all I needed from Tim was the most basic level of customer service. He couldn't even show up.

    Returned a UHaul trailer within 24 hours, night drop 24 hour mark would have been 10.) Called in the morning before 9 to ensure that it was getting out in that morning. Recieved a receipt for the full 2 day use. Dishonest and unethical
