Bought a fuel tank for a 2004 dodge truck the rollover vent valve is broke and now they don't want to stand behind their product 505$ for a tank thats useless this cant be repaired or used

I’ve been on hold for 45 minutes and can hear when the phone is picked up and put back on hold , Not very good customer service

Had me search lot for a car, that wasn't there. Waisted a half hour for nothing.

LKQ continually fails to provide customer service. 30 min wait time on the phone, disgruntled and unfriendly employees, plus “no idea if the part is still on the truck” conversations.Please provide better online access with images. Please hire and train capable company representatives or offer your employees compensation that might encourage a smile. Until one or more of these changes are made, DO NOT BUY from LKQ.

As others have said, very poor customer service. 15 min hold time on the phone with nothing more than a "gimme a sec" or "can you hold" and click as you're put on hold. Then transferred, and put on hold again.Then when someone finally answers, they're growling and moaning because i was asking if they can transfer a part from another LKQ.Their answers are short and rude. Their transfer freight is 3x more expensive than other salvage yards. I think it was because he wanted me to buy the high mileage part at his yard.You should consider LAWCO Landress auto wrecking for your salvage part needs.

They got me the best price for the part I was needing.. Only bad thing was having to wait for someone to get off the phone to get waited on.

Lied about what they sold me. Then when the product came in it was incorrect/incomplete and the only option they gave me was to spend more money to order more stuff or a refund.
