I had a nice visit to get some bits for a project Honda. The front of the yard is clean. The Hondas are near the rear of the yard. I used a wheelbarrow to carry my tools. It is a long walk, but I took some breaks. I collected a few parts in my wheelbarrow and headed towards the office. I stopped at the pit stop shack they have in the middle. I was going to use the Porto-John, but was disgusted by what I saw. There were several pairs of soiled underwear laying around the area. It was really disappointing. I hope that someone there can take initiative to clean up the rest stop, and keep it clean. It's kind of necessary for some of us. Do better, Lucky!

This is a great place if you are willing to pull your own parts. Inventory turns over at a good pace so the cars don't sit too long. I'm also glad I can see the inventory online now since I don't think it was like that when they first opened. Front counter staff have always been helpful and courteous. Many times throughout the year they run promotional sales to benefit local charities (saves me money on the parts too) so that is admirable. Overall this salvage yard has turned out to be a great local resource for those of us who work on our own vehicles.

Great prices, only cost around 30 dollars for a trunk lid which costs nearly 100 dollars at other junkyards, just wish they kept inventory on parts because we drove nearly an hour to get here and are lucky that the part we needed was there and not damaged

I see the newer employees here treating me like LKQ. Garbage. I spent an hour and a half pulling a window regulator today in 15 degree weather. Was told they would charge me for the motor on it, even though mine works perfectly fine. So they PHYSICALLY made me remove the motor before checking out. I visit this place several times a week, and it's only recently (with new employees) they have been acting like chotches. BTW, because this window regulator was clocked by a worm gear in the motor, it's now unusable. Thanks for wasting my time, guys! I only spend hundreds there a week! I've never returned anything here because of how I've been treated. Regulator is getting returned. Congratulations, we've wasted each other's time by nickel and diming plastic parts. This is EXACTLY why I stopped going to LKQ.

To the young boy that wanted to talk over me (must think women are ment to be seen not heard) I don't recommend this place to anyone looking for parts it's been well picked through so if you really need parts try looking outside of Grand Rapids there are plenty of places that have what your looking for as well as women that work there and yes they know what there doing! Maybe next time treat ALL guests with respect not just men!

Told me there were two cars and gave me the rows, the cars were the wrong model and I was out my admission fee. There was a car that was going out tomorrow just sitting there and they told me too bad. Edit: I asked for a Cruze, they gave me the locations of two Cruze Limiteds, which is an entirely different model. I tried to explain the difference to them but judging by the reply I apparently did not succeed. They had a Cruze set to go out the next day, I could see the part and it literally comes off in a second with no tools. If I hadn't paid to get in or if the right cars were out there just missing the parts, come back tomorrow would have been totally acceptable but paying to get in, not finding the right cars, and then being told to pay to come back in tomorrow is a different story. In the end it's only $2 but it's the principle of the matter.

Friendly people, also decent prices, but should be a little more clear about price, because one employee will tell you a price and another will charge different. Oh and they need their out houses cleaned more often.

If you are trying to find that one of a kind used auto part that may be obsolete from the manufacturer now, try out this self-serve facility. You will definitely save some bucks. Wear good shoes or boots and bring your own tools. $2 to get into the vehicle junk yard. They can tell you which rows to find the make, model and year vehicles would be in before venturing out into this large yard. They also sell running vehicles for less that may need work.

Pulled a motor with just 1 helper. They have an A-frame and cart that made it much easier than any home job I have ever did. Also found a few gems by just looking around. Make sure to bring extra tools but leave them in the car so you don't have to lug them around while you look. They have a sink to wash up afterwards and a small building with power for testing and disassembling items. Overall a great place.

Luckys is a great yard to visit for any parts you might need. The customer service is awesome. There is always plenty of new cars in the rotation new and old vehicles. Tons of cool stuff in the store front to dig thru including bins of stuff for sale that has items that have been removed from vehicles. They have gently used coolant for sale. Batteries for typically $30-$40. Tons of tires. Dont forget to pack more than one 10mm when you come.

I've always had good luck finding anything for my GM products. The guys at the counter are good guys. Fair prices and if they don't have what you need it would be surprising.

First junkyard I've used and I'll keep going back. Great selections and friendly / helpful workers. I got a wheel with a tire, the inner tread wasn't the best so they only charged me for the wheel. That tells me they're honest and want to help, not make a quick buck
