Luckys self serve Auto Parts JunkYard Reviews
4 stars based on 10 reviews- JJoshua M.
Pulled a motor with just 1 helper. They have an A-frame and cart that made it much easier than any home job I have ever did. Also found a few gems by just looking around. Make sure to bring extra tools but leave them in the car so you don't have to lug them around while you look. They have a sink to wash up afterwards and a small building with power for testing and disassembling items. Overall a great place.

The yard was big, but their website is out of date of yard inventory. It showed there were several vehicles in the yard, but when I got there and asked about those vehicles I was told they were removed from the yard a while back. Your best bet is to call to verify the vehicle is still in the yard, don't rely on the website.

Bring some tools and a buddy to help you carry parts. They have wheelbarrows for hauling and organized by make.

HORRIBLE. Called and messaged about a used vehicle they had for sale. Told them I was driving 4 hours and they said I can come and look at it and drive it. Exact words were “we are a dealer”. Upon arrival, the vehicle was covered in snow which I didnt mind and I was given the keys. After getting the snow off the vehicle I had to go in and ask for the vehicle in front of it to be moved. They moved the vehicle and then I said I wanted to do a test drive. “You can only drive it around the lot”. The lot had at least 4 inches of snow on the ground and I couldnt even get the car up to 10mph. I was sliding around. I asked to take the car on the road and they said no. I asked the kid who gave me the keys if he could drive me on the road and he said no. 8 hours round trip wasted. No remorse whatsoever. Wouldnt let me speak to the owner and I simply wanted to go a mile down the road to make sure the vehicle shifted ok and if I would have to ship it home or if I could drive it back. What “dealer” doesnt have dealer plates?? Pretty shady business practices.***** No, your lot wasnt plowed whatsoever. Only in front of your main door entrance was. Your lot was snow and ice covered. Repairables??? Car was “ready to go, nothing wrong with it”. Get off your butt and look into how your employees are treating customers, check your facebook messenger replys your employees are telling people, record your phone calls, then get back to me.

Beginning of the service was okay until the end when they were going to close and they act like they didn't want to let me in after I pay my admission fee

Payed my two bucks and got into the yard. Wheelbarrows were free to use. Walk around the yard for a bit looking at stuff and finding sufficient vehicles to scavenge my parts from. Everything seemed fairly clean picked up and organized. Checked out quickly, most prices on parts seem reasonable.

They were real helpful when I went in the door looked on their computer to see if they had parts for a car I needed then pointed me in the right direction to where the vehicle is this is a pick your own parts junkyard used it many times nice people to deal with I would recommend them to anyone

Great big junkyard laid out by rows and make of car. You could spend all day in this place just looking around. And mostly that's what you do because there are all kinds of vehicles not really in a perticular order. Just organized by make. Wheelbarrow or carts are provided. Lots of junk and debris laying around all over the place. 2 bucks to enter, bring your own tools. Friendly staff. Found what I needed after looking for bout 30 minutes. Most of the popular cars have been picked clean.
