Dropped my 2001 Dodge Ram 3500 Van, called w/ a diagnosis and quote w/in 30 minutes! I agreed to the quote, part/s were readily available and 6 hours later they had me back in my smoothly running van!They were able to adjust the total cost a bit and save me a little money! After being told by every other business in the area that they couldn't charge our air conditioning system for at least 2 weeks in the wretched hot weather, I called Sedro-Woolley Automotive and talked to Jimmy and he said come on over and we'll fit you in somehow, I don't want you to drive around without any a/c in this weather. I took my 97 V10 ram in for diagnostics. Within a day Matt informed me of what the problem was & the recommended repair. Turned out to be a camshaft gear & sensor compatibility issue. I'm going to have to start paying these guys rent! My 2004 Ford F350 has been more than a problem child to say the least but since I found these guys, Jimmy has been answering the call time and time again. The first time, Jimmy diagnosed the problem and replaced both my alternators and replaced the front brakes. The second time, I limped in, truck still smoking, and Jimmy fit me in eventhough they were slammed and repaired my seized rear brakes which allowed me to get home that day. My truck is now on the way for its third visit for a "no crank no start" issue. Fingers crossed.

It's great having dealership quality auto repair back in Sedro-Woolley. Tracked an oil leak to my fuel pump instead of the rear main seal that I was sure it was coming from on my old truck. Saved me a ton of money!! Thanks guys I'll definitely be back.

I just love that there is a new mechanic in town. One that can be trusted to do A good through job. The tech at Sedro Automotive took the time to answer all of my questions and made sure to visual show me what was up with the vehicle I was having inspected. Hw even took extra time to confirm the diagnosis on my daughters truck.
