The value of any salvage yard is in the people who run it. I managed another salvage yard (that I won’t name) with Scott for years. He is extremely knowledgeable about parts and interchangeability, and better yet he doesn’t pretend to know everything about all cars and he’ll tell you if he doesn’t know something. Even if you just need a small inexpensive part, I encourage you to stop by and visit with Scott to gain his insights on your vehicle. You won’t find a better friend in the salvage parts industry period.

A true seedy company that makes thousands of dollars charging $271 for tow fees from restricted parking near restaurants around Texas Tech University. This is a profit making scam targeting University Students who are out by themselves for the first time making dumb mistakes. Parents then end up paying the ransom fees to get back their cars. Shame on the restaurants (Fuzzy Tacos) for not trying to warn their patrons about this company that tows directly across the street. You have a business with limited parking, naturally your over flow parking will go to extremely large empty parking lot across the street. Warn you patrons better Fuzzys!! Rip off tow companies like R P's salvage need to be stopped from profiting from your customers. Lubbock Womens Club you to should be ashamed. $271 per vehicle being charged for parking in your over sized empty parking lot seems like a profitable business. How much is your take?Dumb naive students make mistakes. No doubt about that. Profiting over it seems wrong.
