I scheduled a pickup with the office girl Christine is think she said her name was. She informed me of a pick up window between 11 to 3. I waited all day and took off work Specifically for this to happen. Around 4 o'clock I called many times. When she finally answered she said that she never spoke to me and was extremely rude. I was calm and polite when speaking to her and she was snarky and defensive acting. Did not offer to reschedule me. I ended up calling a different company and took less than the offer from Scrapys. I dealt with them months ago and had no problem with the receptionist at that time and the pickup was smooth. Please speak to your receptionist and tell her how to perform quality customer service. Thank you.

I sold my car to Scrapys through Peddle. The Lady I spoke with, Ms.Jill did an awesome job of communicating clearly and thoroughly and she was very friendly, kind and professional. She was sure to make sure of what time and day I wanted the vehicle gone and she even made sure to tell me when the driver was on his way. The driver was also friendly and was very time efficient in picking up my vehicle. If I had to scrap a vehicle again or anything like that I would definitely consider Scrapys and would recommend it to others as well based on my experience.

I don’t know where to start. They offered me 500 for my car. Set up a time to come get it. The time is between 11 AM and 3 PM. The driver showed up after 3 o’clock. There was no one here. Rescheduled in the next day we made it 11 AM to 2:30 PM. The driver showed up late.. When my son walked out to the truck, the guy just drove off. Third day we rescheduled pick up after 430. Now they tell me they can only give me $300 for the car. Find someone else to deal with.
