Due to unforeseen circumstances in my own personal life, I was a bit overwhelmed. They put me at ease. I’m so glad Scrapys is in the area & part of the community. I needed my junk car gone and, while offered same day service, the next morning it was gone. I received the amount quoted in cash quickly and with great service. Mandy on the phone was polite, informative and helpful. Driver Angel was very nice and quick, as I needed to go to work. I highly recommend Scapy's to anyone looking to junk their old cars. I saw their posting on Facebook and thought what the heck... What's the worse they can say? I messaged Mandy and she replied very quickly and on a Saturday afternoon! She was delightful and very easy to deal with. I live 2 hours-ish from their location and they gladly made the trip! The driver called and introduced himself prior to showing up, he arrived with a smile on his face, on time and with really outstanding customer service; not to mention his superb driving skills!! Our driveway entrance is extremely narrow and difficult to swing through, but he did it with easy and precision! The pay was more than any company is paying right now in Volusia County and we received cash on the spot! All these guys and gals deserve a BIG KUDDOS! I was most impressed with the speed of service, I would never expect punctual service with this type of business. Just too many variables for them to factor. I said I would be available after 12 pm. The driver called a few minutes past 12 pm said he could be at my house in 30 minutes. He was there 5 minutes early, friendly, fast, no complications. Paid cash on arrival.
