Owner is rude. Got my vehicle out of impound due to an incident.Took them 2 hrs for saying to meet at 1 to get vehi. 3 weeks later when I go to sell it I can't due to them filing for abandoned title. 🙃 Needless to say I finally got it taken care of after having to be absolutely rude with them to get answers. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!

When the tow truck came to the accident scene to tow my mother's car I didn't see them or talk to them but since then I have went by their office and impound yard and I guess they do a pretty good job but I didn't see the bill so I can't say anything on that part but they wouldn't just over friendly but they wouldn't rude either so I gave them four Stars.

It took over an hour to get to us but once there our Worker was very professional and even had another person who knew him stop and help him. When done he followed us to the tire place. Great worker.
