Great service. Was completely up front about costs for a private tow. When the tow truck arrived the driver was pleasant identified himself by name and proficiently got our vehicle hitched up. Then the ride was great with an engaged discussion with the driver not an awkward silence. Fully recommend them.

I called for a car that’s in the middle of the parking lot and they told me that a manager or the maintenance person has to be the one to call. So I called the maintenance after hours service and they said they can’t do it because it’s not their property. So not only did they give me the wrong info but they can’t do anything about the parked car in the middle of the parking lot. The woman on the phone was super rude.

Their job is to tow cars not put liens on them and totally screw someone out of all he owns because he can't pay 1,000 $ for towing a car and holding it for no more than ½ a dozen days, you see the guys watch out!!!

Richard -- the President, CEO, Driver, and receptionist at Superior -- was fantastic. He was nice enough to explain to me that there was a $13 fee to use my debit card to get the car out, which was extremely nice of them -- I mean, I've paid some transaction fees in my day, but never in my wildest dreams would I have guessed I'd have the opportunity to pay a $13 debit card fee.Although they don't detail your vehicle or fill it with gas after they tow it -- Richard is good, but he's not Superman -- they do their best to drag your vehicle away on a cold and rainy night, with hopes that the drizzle may clean the car a bit for their customers.When I decided that I was looking to have the car unexpectedly and inconveniently towed, I shopped around and Superior had the best after-hours (any time after 5:00pm) rates on the market -- I mean, I didn't expect them to honor the quote, I thought $485 for the hour they had the car sounded too good to be true, but boy was I on cloud 9 when the total came just shy of $500. The sheer quality of the tow was impeccable, you really do get for what you pay for -- I'd have given him $900 without even batting an eye. I wonder if they were having a sale or something?All-in-all, I feel like I got a good deal. Richard made the whole experience an absolute joy. So next time you're looking to get your car towed away, don't hesitate to plaster your complex with Superior Towing Signs, and make sure to point them out to the petty neighbors so that they might one day have your car towed for being "one-spot-over" for a couple hours.

Great service, clean truck, charges fairly but bad suggestions to A&M Auto Repair. The driver John will sweet talk you into bringing the car to one of their shop owned by the same owner and the price is highly competitive. He will also promise you a lot of other things including loaner car but nothing cashes out. Take your car to a trusted auto repair shop elsewhere unless you like to be treated badly and disrespectfully. Towing company is fine but don’t let John talk you into anything!

After an accident, I left the police report in my car and needed it to file my insurance claim. They took the time to find it in my car and text me a picture. I've dealt with other tow companies that would not have taken the time to do that. Very much appreciated! Service: Car towing

They have towed my vehicle when I found out after 8 days the vehicle is there. I called in to take it 0ut. They have lady name Christie very rude not professional at all. She trying to use intimidation language. And what I maze me is how do u tell customer that we will put your car on auctions. Very bad customer service. Needs to improve how to deal with client whose car the towed

Absolutely worst customer service and rose was beyond rude! I completely understand getting your car towed is not a pleasant thing but we were understanding walking in, it was the attitude and the way they were talking to us. Taking their time trying to run more time. Once we finally were taken to the lot they took 20 minutes trying to load a different car and refused to let us get our car. Once in he car there was a noticeably large scratched n the car. It appeared as though someone had rummaged through the inside aswell. Strongly recommend going anywhere else and if looking for a towing company for your business i would recommend SNS towing instead

No one likes to be stuck with a broken car in the middle of the city, so that being said, this was actually a very pleasant experience. My older Subaru broke down pretty close to Superior Towing, so I gave them a call and I'm sure glad I did! They were speedy and friendly and reasonably priced and all the employees that I came across really knew what they were doing. Their manager, Paul, was very considerate of the situation and understood that I was stressed without a car. He suggested some next steps I could take and I really appreciated the personal help!
