5 Stars, because they called when they were supposed to and showed up when they said they would. The transaction was easy, and they were off with my car shortly after. I was in North Miami selling my used car and only had one day to sell the car. While I did call a few other companies, it was the staff who called me back and said they would most likely do the deal. My window was about 6 hours total, he told me there would be someone at my vehical pithing 2 hours. While we did a little back and forth with the specs of the car, if you know the value of your auto you can come to an agreement. Highly recommend these guys.
