Horrible communication skills. Called and was assured I would get a call back the next day once part was pulled. Didn't hear anything so I called 2 days later and was told "they are pulling it now, and will text you pics to make sure it is correct" Fast forward almost a week and I had to call again just to find out the part was broken and no good. I understand used parts could be damaged but a simple phone call would have been nice since I left my number 3 times.

Rob was very friendly and helpful. Called to ask if they had a starter, they had one on the shelf ready to go. Showed up and it was ready, tested the old and new starter for me on their stand. Everything worked great on the new on and confirmed the old one was bad. Thank you!

They do 3D photos of your car on a license plate or a plaque. I bought an airplane for my grandson. I will definitely be back for my auto parts. Thank you.

Outstanding service! I called about a couple parts on Thanksgiving Eve at 3:30, they texted me pics of the parts before 4. Knowing it was going to be close I asked if I could pick up before they closed at 5. They had the parts pulled from the donor vehicle 10 min before I arrived at 4:50. What a great crew. You guys gained a loyal customer.

I was needing information on a customers 2009 Toyota Tacoma, in regards to first, identify the radio system, when he checked his inventory to see had a replacement, he found he did not. He put it out on a search, found it in two locations gave me their number, told me the correct questions to ask in regards to warranty, their testing procedure before ship out, to have a successful purchase, with least possible snags. Great group of people here, I called looking for an oil pan that I could not find anywhere else, they pulled one off a vehicle gave me an extra part I did end up needing. I’m not sure who I spoke with but he was a riot, I came in not in the best mood right when they were closing and left in a great mood with the exact parts I needed. He showed me his shop is more then a scrap yard, he’s got all kinds of swords, knifes, and helmets and a lot more I highly recommend checking this place out.

Highly recommend this place, was looking for a specialty bolt for my truck and they had it. They also have an awesome collection of knives and midevil knight helmets and swords for sale. We're very friendly and knowledgeable about cars and knives. I ended up buying a knife and he gave me the part. I'll definitely make them my first call when I'm looking for a used part A+++++

Superior customer service, extensive inventory, fair prices Rod and Antony are grand masters at their trade. Rod’s the data wizard and Antony gets you to the options in the yard fast. Check out the store even if you don’t need a vehicle part—you won’t believe the astounding assortment of knives Rod’s got on display, or the electric pinball machine he put together, or the traditional games he’s loaded it with for you to play for free. He’s even got a genuine costume standing in the entry from a famous movie—see if you can guess which one. Sorry I didn’t write this review earlier. Five Stars for sure because this place has the goods, and the people who run it make it fun to do business!

I was out of options for responsibly getting rid of my old gas mower that I couldn't get a part for. I called All Auto and he instantly said, "Sure, you can drop it off here." I threw my old mower and 2 grandkids into the car and little did I know this would be an unforgettable stop. Not only did Rodney take a worthless old mower, he brightened our afternoon with all the wonderful helmets, r.c. planes and cars, knives, and other interesting items! Coolest place in the middle of nowhere haha 😂 We went in for a car part and was blown away by the cute dog, the very friendly people working there, but perhaps more importantly there was an extensive knife / sword collection and I got to relive my childhood by playing one of the literal thousands of sega/other console games (but yeah I played the old jurassic park game it rocks!!!!)

Great place for salvage parts. The folks there are really friendly and helpful. Was looking for some parts for a while and they had enough selection that I found what I needed. We live in Texas but stopped by on a visit to Colorado Springs. It's practically worth the drive back to get more parts!

Before buying parts anywhere I always ask if they "tested the parts first?" I was told "yes". Drive from Denver to Colo Springs and back to Denver. Installed and tested part was DEFECTIVE! Now I need to drive 75 miles again to get a refund? Unbelievable!!! I own a repair business and this was a huge waste of time. Buyers Beware!

Ridiculously over priced salvage parts. $450 for a seat out of an 03 ram 1500. The seats were super nasty and torn up and he wanted $450 for them not to mention how Unorganized the place was. If your looking to save a buck this is not the place for you.

Awesome staff, they pulled the ignition box and key from the yard so we didn't have to. The only down fall is, its right off colo 94 with no turn lane. So you gotta pay attention to the entrance.
