I cannot find the words for how wonderful our experience was with Fernando! Yesterday we were just outside of Paso Robles when we had to get a tow. AAA lately has been placing us with company’s who will drop our call after 3 hours of waiting and with us going all the way to Bakersfield, that was our fear. But Fernando was amazing at communicating with us, every call he reassured me he was doing everything he could to get to us. All the way home we all joked and laughed and he made the experience so easy and light hearted. Just an amazing man all around. Thank you Fernando for getting us home safe! :,) and give that man a raise, he deserves it!

Axel showed up in less than 45 minutes when the predicted time was an hour he was super sweet and knowledgeable helped us out immensely I would highly recommend this company but only because Axel works there. I haven’t met anybody else, but I would consider myself a lucky girl if he was the tow truck driver, I got for the rest of my life Anyways give them a call.

My 2018 Jeep Wrangler wouldn’t start after leaving our local fall festival on Saturday night. It wouldn’t recognize the key fob so we ran to Home Depot to replace the fob battery. No luck with that idea. Luckily it was in a safe lot so we left it to deal with Sunday morning. I expected it was something major and used our AAA to contact West Coast Towing. The first tech that arrived was very friendly and great in running the diagnostics. He determined the battery was fine as was the alternator (which is what I thought was the problem). The tow truck arrived and let me just say, Tyler was awesome. He said he wanted to try a few things and I’m so thankful he did. Hearing my Jeep start up was music to my ears. He saved me a tow to the shop and what I thought was going to be a $$$$ repair. Tyler easily could’ve just hooked up the Jeep and towed it the shop but instead he took the time to troubleshoot. I appreciate him tremendously. Excellent service from West Coast. Thank you!
