We were traveling here and our 2014 car engine light came on. Looked up BEST automotive shops AAA recommended. So happy to talk with them and with a fast check we were told OK to drive car. No charge we were so thrilled with such great fast service. We'll get it repaired at home.

We have been long time customers at Ferrells Auto repair. My Mercury would not start and had to be towed in to Ferrells from Lake Nacimiento. Eric diagnosed the problem and gave clear communication as to cost of repair and time frame for pickup. A great and cheerful experience for us in our time of need.
