Was out in Pozo 4bying and broke my shock. It’s my only vehicle and these guys fixed it in a couple of hours even though they were busy. It’s my only truck and on a Saturday they were able to get it done! I appreciated the professionalism and authenticity. I would recommend these guys.

Do not come here if you want good tires, they give bald tires for way to expensive of a price, not only that the tires will come with patches. Instead go to discount tire in Paso you can get a way better tire for cheaper and its NEW.

I scheduled an appointment for my 4runner at 10am on a Saturday. I was there at 950am, the shop was closed at 1019am a guy walked up the hill and opened the shop. Strike one. This employee knew nothing about my appointment, no big deal. So I leave my car to get some P430 code figured out, a transmission flush and an oil change. 4 hours later I called to check progress. They told me it was my catalyic converter and that I don't need a transmission flush, ok cool, still want the oil change. 4 hours go by and I call again, he stated they were swamped but that the oil change would be done by 545pm. I show up at 545pm and the guy comes walking out and asks if I have 10 more minutes so they can get the oil change done. I told them no, im good. They didn't open on time, had my car for an entire day and did absolutely nothing to my car while they had it, besides read the code that I already told them about (I have a code reader). He did apologize and said he wanted to make it right and that he would send me a text Monday morning on the price of a catalyic converter. He never contacted me again. Also I took it to my regular mechanic( not open on Saturdays which is the only reason I went to this location) and he told me it's not the cataylic converter it was an ECU issue. At the end of the day I will never give Gutierrez Auto any of my business and I would highly recommend you don't either. In my life I have never seen such horrible service. He could of just told me they couldn't get to it and I would of picked my car up. Completely wasted my time and then had the nerve to say he wouldn't charge me for the code diagnosis which was the same diagnosis I provided to him. Also I had batteries that needed replacement in my tire pressure sensors which they told me they could not do, why does it say Gutierrez Auto Repair and Tires and you can't replace batteries inside of tires. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT USING THIS MECHANIC.
