My friend and I came in needing help with both of our cars, not knowing what to do at all. Aj and Caleb were so amazing and helpful. They immediately knew how to help and were extremely informative for each of us. Highly recommend coming into this store and getting all your car needs. Aj and Caleb both deserve raises for how helpful they were. 20/10 experience!

A.J helped me out..I went because I needed a new car battery as the one I had died on me. Luckily I was able to get a co-worker to help me jump start my car so I can get a new one before I head home since I commute from South Sacramento/Elk Grove..he greeted me when I came in. I told A.J what I needed and even asked if someone was able to help me change it out. When I gave him my number he noticed I wasn’t signed up for their rewards membership..so he helped me with that as well. Once done he told his fellow colleagues that he was going to change out a battery for a customer..so great communication skills there..A.J. Helped change out my old car battery and installed the new one in. He had me start up my car before leaving to make sure it worked..which it did. He was awesome!

Friendly, helpful, greets customers when they enter store. I had the pleasure of experiencing excellent customer service from store employee Steve and his lovely lady associate (who’s name I am sadly forgetting at the moment) both had positive attitudes and were willing to provide support as needed. Please continue providing this positive interaction with your customers even if other customers don’t appreciate positive engagement and service.
