I can't speak highly enough about Matt with Blue Streak Towing - he was professional from start to finish! Not only did he provide excellent service, but his efficiency and timeliness were truly impressive. I originally placed the call with 3A around 0630 and 3A called to advise a delay of 2.5 hour - but, the moment Matt called and advised he was enroute he was very efficient. Matt was friendly and made me feel at ease. He arrived promptly and wasted no time in getting the job done. It's refreshing to encounter someone who is not only skilled at what they do but also friendly and approachable. Thanks to Matt and Blue Streak Towing, I had a stress-free experience!

A 2 hour eta was a 5 hour reality. The driver, never called to explain his eta. Instead, after 3 hours I had to call the main office to see if he was still coming out. The driver's Communication is key, the girl on the phone was nice. I believe that its 4 stars because they got my car to where it needed to be. But... If you are stuck on the side of the road and time is of an issue, I would call around..
