They gave me an honest and fair estimate, and when I wasn’t able to afford the fix, they stored my car until it could be towed. They are fair and well adept at their work. Recently the delivery car from work was in an accident. I chose G & C because we like to go local. I'm so glad we did. The team there is super friendly and kind. They consistently went above and beyond. Offered to pick our car and hold it while we figured out our insurance. Their communication was great and always kept me informed. When the service was complete, and I picked up the car, it looked amazing. It looked newer than when we got the vehicle. I would definitely recommend G & C to my family and friends. Our experience was utterly fantastic. 1. Luis brought our car out to us and he really wanted to make sure that we were pleased with the job. 2. The car was immaculately washed on the outside and vacuumed on the inside. 3. He put on new license plates as we had lost one in the accident. 4. I asked him how much to push out a small dent on the rear right side. He just unscrewed the panel and popped out the dent with the back of a screw driver and replaced the panel. 5. I asked if they could repair the brake light above the rear window which was not working. He replaced the light bulb. 6. I asked how much I owed him. He said nothing. Service and caring like this is unheard of these days. If you ever need auto repair, use them!
