I live in Lander Wyoming and needed a rear window for my daughter's Subaru. I was on the phone calling around and was given BFUP's number and spoke to Tom. Not only did he give me a killer price but is shipping it to me!!! Great customer service and very friendly to deal with. Wish I could give 10 stars!! GO HERE FOLKS!!!!! Fairly small place compared to the big guys but quality parts and reasonable prices with a decent selection.

Saved me paying $250 for the same part through a dealer. Also was willing to allow a money back return for the part if it didn't work. What we even nicer is they saved us time by getting the part off the vehicle before we got there. They also had adequate parking and don't ask their customers to stand down in an alley talking to a screen like a certain competitor.

Very poor customer service. Lack of desire to help with finding a part. I would look elsewhere before going here and avoid the hassle.

Ive been using BFUP for 20+ years. Tom and Don are always great to work with, and will go out of their way to get what you need if they don't have it on hand. Prices are always fair and reasonable in my opinion. I love an old school parts yard where you can walk around and explore (and they don't charge you $2 for the privilege).

These guys had a part I could not find anywhere in the state. After calling literally a dozen different stores including dealerships, these guys had what I needed when I needed it. When running a shop, this keeps my customers happy. Thanks for making my shop look good guys.

Great place for your cheap parts you need

I was trying to round up matching parts for a car so I didn't need to paint it. Tom was amazing -- he found what I needed, called back when he said he would, was up-front about what it would cost, and communicated well.But then he went above and beyond. He knew I was driving down from Denver to pick up these parts. That morning, I received a phone call that he was sending a truck to Denver (that apparently had extra space) -- and he asked if it would be helpful for me if they brought the parts to Denver for me. (Spoiler: It was very helpful.)I love that he pro-actively looked for a way to make my life easier -- phenomenal customer service!
