I was recently involved in an accident that unfortunately totaled my truck. With no collision insurance, I was running out of options. I shopped around for salvage companies and ultimately, Frank and his team offered me the best deal. They were not pushy and they weren’t trying to sell me on anything. Another company, (wh**lyz), kept me on the phone for a hour and wouldn’t let me hang up saying that I would lose my guarantee and that I couldn’t trust anyone else. Once I told this company I wasn’t in need of their service, they continually called me trying to convince me that I had ruined a perfectly good deal. Frank however, was transparent with everything and did not waste my time. I absolutely loved working with his team and was able to solve my problem within 4 hours. They turned a sad and emotional experience into a hopeful and positive one. Hopefully I never have to call them again, but I know that if I needed to I would call Frank over anyone else. Thank you so much for showing me that there are still honest and good people in the world.
