They are so compassionate and respectful and professional, you know right away you have picked the right company For me letting go of 36 years of collecting was extremely hard. They all showed such care for my feelings. Knowing that they donate and recycle made me feel that my things would be loved and needed for another family. All went according to plan the day of clear out. I felt such a load of relief. I feel like I made new friends. They genuinely care about providing you with the best experience possible and it shows!Two years ago they did a shed clean out for me which included one of those old, huge TVs and a big out-dated treadmill. Their two person team was prompt and professional. The payment process was easy and they were very careful about being sure not to damage walls and door frames.One month ago they did a full apartment clean out for me and, again, I was so impressed with their professionalism and expertise. I work as a real estate agent and hired Clutter Cops to clean up a home my clients had bought. I was very pleased with the service and price! When I called to schedule the appointment they gave me an accurate quote and were able to come out to the home within a couple days. The two employees arrived promptly and were professional and friendly. They worked quickly to remove about 40 tires from the property and a bunch of misc junk from the basement. I kept finding things I wanted them to take and they were happy to accommodate. They filled an entire truck with junk and it cost me about half as much as what other companies had quoted me. They were a pleasure to work with and I would highly recommend them for any job big or small.

We just had our first experience with Clutter Cops and they were awesome! Communication was great, they were polite and friendly and their bid was fair.They took all the stuff we had put out for them to take away. I love that they recycle what they can, and repair what they can, donating those things to people in need. We'll be calling on them again, definitely!

The Clutter Cops crew went above and beyond for us. They went outside their pickup area (and needed to take a ferry as well) to get us out of our jam. They were very responsive while working out the details of the pickup and were very pleasant and efficient while here.Definitely a great company to work with! I highly recommend them.

I don’t know where to even begin- AMAZING SERVICE!! I had half a garage full of old junk that i needed gone before a move and they were a god send! Price was the best you’ll find in the area, they were super fast, communication was top notch and service was OUTSTANDING! They came right to my house to give me a free estimate and were quick to follow up and scheduled the pick up same day! The guys that came out were polite and friendly and more accommodating then you could possibly image, even taking large items like an old BBQ grill i had. I would reuse and recommend this company 100 times over! Moving is stressful enough but they took a massive weight off my shoulders. You’re doing yourself a disservice if you don’t hire this amazing company to haul away your old junk and cardboard trash!!

Clutter Cops came on short notice and removed a bunch of miscellaneous junk that had accumulated over years at our condo building including about 20 5 gallon buckets of leftover paint that was very heavy. The price was very reasonable. I’d hire them again.
