Most of my dealing with this company was great. But, when I took a morning off work to be there for the car pick up, and agreed to the window time for pick up, they didn't show up. When I called customer service they said that their info didn't get to the tow people, and that I would have to arrange another pick up time. While still on the phone another tow truck arrived in their yard and said he could come. He arrived within 10 minutes. It all turned out well. But, I had waited since 8 A.M. until almost noon. The last hour was very stressful when I was told they were not coming. I'm glad the car is out of my driveway, though.

They kept their promise. They gave me a quote and cut me a check at the pick up. They pay more than pick and pull. They are nicer to talk to over the phone and they picked up the car when I needed them to. They also gave me a quote and allowed me to get the title while still scheduling. Pick in pull offered half the $ as cash for cars and more importantly they got it done on the day I needed despite already having a full schedule.

I was able to schedule a pickup just two days after receiving my cash offer (they can schedule it sooner btw!) from their website. Their website is super easy to use and I got my quote in less than 3 minutes. I felt it was a pretty fair offer too! On the day of my appointment, the driver arrived at my apartment, loaded my car onto the truck, and handed me a check. Very seamless! The only critique I have is they don't let you schedule a time to pick the car up, just an 8-10 hour window. So I had to be at home all day for it to be picked up. However, I do recommend Cash For Cars. In fact, my sister-in-law used it after my recommendation and enjoyed their service too!

This was probably the easiest car sale I've ever done. I think in total I spent 20 minutes selling our truck. I answered some questions over the phone, signed the title, handed over the keys to the tow truck driver and he cut me a check on the spot. I think it took the driver longer to tie the truck down on the flatbed then the entire transaction. The price was fair and Marcus and the team were polite and easy to work with. Thanks again guys. Selling the car was easy, but cashing the check was impossible! Tried to cash first day and bank told him, not in system. So called cash for cars and was told there is a 24 hour hold to cash check. Should have been told that before we sold the car Now next day tried 3 more times, bank still would not cash it. Called cash for cars, now it's a 48 hour hold! Ended up going to money tree and paid 90 fee to cash it! All of this should have been told to us before we sold the car to them. Would not have done it!

It was a bad joke communicating with these guys... My account was locked for any other associate other than the rep who started on my order to pick up the cars I'm selling. I'd get a message but he wouldnt be around when called him directly, or was on a late lunch, and" he'll call you back after his lunçh" and a couple "gone home early" , and couple dropped calls after being on hold to minutes on end. They were nice but approach to having a good line of communication was poor
