Extremely unhappy with there customer service and service in general. I drove 30 mins to meet them to have them not show. Don't use them if you value you time. They don't respond back and I am very upset with them. Do not recommend them for anything.

I had a very good experience with Junk Cars Jacksonville. I had a car that was sitting on my property for over 10 years that absolutely no one would take because we didn't have a Title. Junk Cars Jacksonville came through! They were able to work out a time for pick up, and got the car even though the title was missing. My advice to everyone is to be patient as they have a lot of pick ups to do. They will definitely work with you to get your vehicle(s) removed. A huge THANK YOU to Beth and her team!!

Fast and friendly. Called, guy asked a couple questions...I gave a couple answers. Couple hours later get a call lettin me kno I was the next client and that the driver was 30 minutes away. Great service, especially with the times now. Reccomend to anyone

Very unprofessional, laughed at the price I asked for my vehicle and told me if I could get anything above $400 to come work for him and he’d give me $100k a year. Definitely do not recommend.

so I called junk for cars about and hour ago.and when he answers the phone.he says yea what.what do you want.is that's how you answere a business phone when someone is calling about you picking up or selling there car too you.so I called another company that answer a business phone proper.no thanks

Very rude when answering the phone, I accidentally ended the call then tried to call back he told me he was done with me, so I will not be using them! Heads up to anybody else using them!

It is eleven on a Saturday and there website says there open until seven. So I call and a guy picks up and says we are closed and hangs up the phone. Seriously bad service
