Tough to get in touch with. Used the website contact form and didn't get a response. Called and got through on the second try. Got a fair offer, accepted, pickup scheduled for the same day. Truck was almost two hours late, not really a big deal on a random Tuesday. **To other reviewers complaining about customer service: these dudes hustle and scrap cars for a living. Yes, they're curt. They have work to do and trying to negotiate on a price for a busted car is wasting their time. You want good customer service then go to a nice restaurant.

Called this company at 9am and they had everything figured out and ready to go by 2pm. Outstanding customer service!! Also the driver that came to get the car was a super nice guy would definitely recommend them to anyone!

First of all, employees show amazing customer service and made this whole experience easy. From the moment I called to when they towed the car, it was hassle free. Service was quick, I called around 9am and car was picked up and home by 2:30pm the same day. I would high recommend this company. Oh by the way, they paid more compared to other companies I called. 10/10 recommended.

I hesitate to leave reviews but the person who picked up my call was very rude in a way that made me question what just happened. I asked about selling my vehicle to them, described (or tried to describe before being cut off) the issue with it and then was asked to name a price. I’m no expert but I was comparing to other offers I’ve received so I have a ballpark range and was immediately dismissed. After that, any questions I asked were completely ignored and I was rushed off the phone. The whole exchange would have been completely fine with me - I wholeheartedly respect their decision not to take the vehicle or want to discuss prices with me as I’m mot owed an explanation, but I was taken aback and how unkind and dismissive they were. Maybe it will work out better for others, but I’ve learned to trust the bad reviews on this one.

I had a fantastic experience with I buy junk cars. I had a 1980 jeep that I was looking to get rid of. Their communication and flexibility was great. Had the vehicle gone by the next day just like that. It was a very positive experience.
