Unethical Billing, Hostage Tactics — Trucking Companies Beware<br><br>This review reflects our direct documented experience with this company.<br><br>We hired them for load shift / freight rework services. In three recorded calls, we confirmed a rate of $750 per hour.<br>Driver arrived 9:00 AM and they did not start working until 9:20 AM. The job was fully completed by 11:40 AM — a total of 2 hours and 20 minutes.<br><br>Despite this, they invoiced us for 4 full hours + $100 for lumber = $3,100.<br><br>When we questioned the invoice and asked for clarification, we were told “That’s the price — pay now” with no explanation and no breakdown. They then physically blocked our semi-truck at their yard, stating that if we didn’t pay immediately, they would add even more charges for our truck being there.<br><br>In our professional opinion, this is predatory, unethical, and completely unprofessional. There is no way to avoid this kind of treatment except by not using them at all.<br><br>Carriers and brokers — protect your business and stay far away from this company.

I work as a tow operator for another company. One night I had a call vehicle 150 feet off driveway. I couldn’t get it with my roll back not enough cable. I made one call to my buddy Wade Kirkland. He assured me that he had a medium duty wrecker that could come out and get the vehicle unstuck safely. I gave him the address and within 30 minutes we had the customer up and going unstuck.
