It's a great place to get hard to find auto parts and it's very convenient for most people that don't have any time to look around for the cheapest way out to fix something !

Ordered parts about two weeks ago from lkq, and got a great price on them. They were supposed to be in a few days later but the parts were broken when recieved. They promptly refunded my money and ordered a new part for me. When the new one came in they loaded it onto my truck and the parts are in good condition for being used. Good place to go for used parts, and they were very polite through the whole process.

I have dealt with ken at the Webster ( Rt 16 ) location. This guy couldn’t be any more helpful.I was actually shocked at how helpful & polite he & the other guy in the office were.Ken made sure he got every bit of information needed to get the parts that I was looking for.No mistakes, perfect every time.Thank you for all your help.

Called about rims...had what I was looking for in NY. They said they could have them brought to a closer location after I paid. I asked if they could send a pic to make sure the condition was better than what I currently had "oh no, we don't have a picture". I asked if I could have the telephone number to where they are currently located so they can send a picture? "No, they don't have a telephone number." What?! Why would I spend hundreds of dollars on something I have no idea on whether or not it's going be an improvement? Before I could reply, to his "no, they don't have a telephone number" he hangs up. I guess these guys don't like dealing with women or someone who actually wants to know what they're buying. VERY POOR customer service. Very poor. I would have given NO STARS but that's not the way this program works.

Extremely helpful! I have purchased several parts for my work and private vehicles over the past 5-6 years at LKQ. The parts always arrived quickly, and I've never received the wrong part. I'm very satisfied with the folks at LKQ, and recommend them highly!

Went there to get a part for my truck ordered it and paid for it. Thought all was good. Didn't hear from them at all for three weeks untill I went in on Monday hoping part was there. Was told by counter person that order was canceled and part wasn't available but when I had ordered it it was. So now waiting to see if refund is going to be entered back into bank account. Not a happy camper. And giving 3 star rating is a stretch.

Great place to get salvage parts. Helpful staff and very knowledgable. Large multi locations the find the right parts for your ride.

I received excellent, personal service. My part was delivered on time and I was able to pick it up without any problems. I would recommend LKQ to anyone.

Getting there was half the fun. Nice folks. Just watch the hairpin turn.
