On my 5th car I've purchased from them so far, best place to get cheap usable cars when you need them, and before you ask, the rest I ended up selling when I was tired of them (as I like to fix stuff) My latest purchase was a 2004 Ford Crown Victoria that they had for sale. Lupita the manager gave me an amazing deal as always, and it really helped this time around. I purchased the Crown Victoria for my brother, since his car had been totaled out by an oil change place, they had forgotten to reinstall the drain plug after completing his oil change. Luckily, they paid out his loan, but he decided that he didn't want to get into another car payment, since he's in the military and the pay isn't too good. He was visiting for Christmas, and one of our favorite things to do in Phoenix is to visit the local junk yards to find cool stuff and look at the vehicles, and I'm glad that we visited the Pull-and Save south location. The Crown Victoria was listed for sale, we asked for the keys, gave it a jump start, and it fired right up. After much deliberation we came back the next day to purchase a vehicle, they had held it for us as we were interested the day before, and like I mentioned before lupita gave us an awesome deal on the car. Put a used battery in it and drove at home that same day, next day we registered it, but unfortunately my brother had to fly back to Louisiana where he is stationed, we made plans to road trip to Louisiana when he next came by. A week later he was here and we prepared the car by replacing the intake manifold with an original one as it had a cheap aftermarket one that was leaking coolant, did an oil change, did a general inspection, and we hit the road. The only thing that we have to do to this car was replace the battery, change the oil, replace the intake manifold (didn't even have to do that, did it as peace of mind so it wouldn't fail during the trip as I've had one of these cars before with a aftermarket intake that failed), change a few burnt out bulbs and change a blend door actuator. We drove 1250 miles through Arizona New Mexico Texas and finally Louisiana, Zero issues. 4rth car, previous review. 2007 Ford Expedition I purchased from them has been a decent ride so far, replaced the timing components as you should with any 5.4 3v vehicle, spark plugs, new alternator, water pump, and shocks all around to end up with a very usable truck, all in around 2500$ not counting my labor, got an air freshener out of the dash that was jamming a blend door and got cold AC working again, hot heat, putting new catalytic converters on to get rid of a check engine light, new tires mounted (found a super nice full set basically brand new from the Pull and save north location for 162$ in the size I needed!), and an alignment, and she'll be mechanically sound. Great employees, good selection of cars and parts, I just wish they would offer some of the cooler or unique cars up for sale before putting them up for parts. I'm glad I was able to find my 1992 Subaru SVX from them, which I was able to see that they had in the back after coming to look at their selection and having one of the employees tell me to take a look around their new arrivals. I spotted the car at the very back and ended up coming back the same day to buy it, it was a fun project getting it back on the road as it was obvious that it sat for years, the fuel tank was full of rust, but as they described, it started on starting fluid, and was sold to me as such. Drove it around for a while and ended up giving it to a passionate collector, all in all awesome I mean it when I say this is the best spot to buy used cars, as you don't have the hassle of sketchy Marketplace people, if they're selling it they have a title for it and usually just requires taking an emissions test to be able to register it and drive out on the road. Looking forward to my next project once I'm through with the Expedition, hopefully they'll have something fun or unique with a manual transmission! Lupita is awesome, She always gets me a good deal.

Staff was very helpful and courteous, vehicles were pretty well picked over. Still was able to pick up a Dashboard, and some seats.

As a tech I bring a lot of tool bags and containers that can be a hassle to inspect to the bottom of every beg/container. Not here. In and out!

Lupita the manager was so amazing!! She helped me replace the radio that I had gotten (even though the guy didn't mark it). It was right before closing and she was so sweet to help me with everything that I needed. She really is the one of the best customer service workers I have ever dealt with. She deserves more then they are giving her.

Found my parts now problem only thing is I left my socket wrench set on the counter when checking out.. does anyone know if they hold you're tools if they're left inside on the counter top??? I actually was able to recover all of my tools and I couldn't be more thankful 😀 I'll definitely be a returning customer! YOU GUYS ARE AWESOME!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ THANK YOU!!!

This yard has a lot of good inventory. Its where you will find the pro's getting parts with some of the best late model truck parts the valley has. The cashier counter has come a long way and did a positive turn around with customer service and good attitudes being present and gone is the bad attitudes and treatment. BIG 5 star review turnaround from a 2 star rating only a short time ago.....keep up the positive approach. It really does help when you spend hard earned cash and and end up feeling stupid and guilty having been treated poorly at end of the experience. People don't mind premium pricing when its accompanied by premium treatment as a customer.

I went to Phoenix South today to pull a rear bumper cover off an Accord I saw online. The online list price for the part is $54.99+$3.44 enviro fee+$2 core+$11 warranty for a $71.43 not including tax. I was planning on buying the part without the warranty and handing over my old bumper cover in exchange for the core fee, which would bring the total price down to $58.43 + tax. I decided to ask the sales desk for the price of the part before I pulled the bumper cover and was quoted $77 plus tax. This was not the first time I've been misquoted for a part by an employee a PullNSave location. I bought an engine from Phoenix North years ago and was quoted a much higher price from the sales staff at the front desk than what was listed online. I had to email customer service then and the issue was resolved by the then VP, who called me directly. This time, I tried to resolve the discrepancy at the yard as I already paid the $3 entry fee as well as spent my time and gas driving there. I took my phone with the website with the part price already loaded to the sales desk and advised the individual of the price difference. He told me that the online pricing is from a third party and that it was incorrect. I asked him who I could talk to about getting the price adjusted and he bluntly stated "no one". I asked if I could speak to a manager and if he could provide me with their contact info, to which he responded "no". I asked him to provide me with his name and he refused. I went home, emailed the VP and president of the company as well as their generic customer service. I called PullNSave and left a message from a manager. No response from any party.

The yard was surprisingly very organized, and was able to choose from 5 different vehicles to find the part I needed. Will be coming back soon as there is a lot of vehicles that aren't advertised on the app.
- ssteven hillburn
Called first, said they had "8" ram 1500's. I get there and they say they have "0". But send my to another pull n save that has "6". I get there pay $3.00 and search the yard. There are "0" there. So they send me to a 3rd pull n save that according to them has "2". I get there and they have "0". I put 85 miles on my truck and got nothing. They need to get their heads out of their a$$'s.

I don't know if I ever dealt with this company directly but it was all square biz as far as I can tell and they offered more than a bunch of other places & a lot of the competitors seemed a bit shady. No problems at all with this transaction. Great communication all around. Check cleared in like 15 minutes. Driver German is amazing, plenty other drivers said they couldn't even get access this car but he just showed up & figured out how to make it happen exactly the right way on the spot like he never heard of impossible. Ten stars for him. Thanks!
- AAaron Grzadzieleski
This place is pretty good most of the time if they don't have the exact car with the part you looking for they can give you cars that the parts will fit what u got.. the only issues that I seem to have with this place is there website I sat on chat for a hour and a half no response and u can't look up part when u type in part search kinda annoying
- WWilly B
Great selection, friendly staff, only issue is they did not refund my core charge for 2 wheels, the next day after my purchase. That was frustrating....
- jjorge arredondo
Back tail light for a 1999 f250 was 34 dollars for one I said to the lady no thank you I was expecting 10 to 12 dollars for one ebay for left and wright brand new ones is 29 dollars so no more going to this place

So I was nearly done with this build. Built with heart, determination and a lot help. From Pull and Save staff with being fired. And facing the fact I may have permanent brain damage. From a work related issue. The staff here has hooked me up helped out. An even walked out to admire my work. Well since it got wrecked. Ill definitely be down a solid 6 weeks with this broken foot. So were going bigger bader this is going to be the sickest Grand Cherokee ever. Now if I could get the owners blessing I want to put there name on it.

Nice place where u can find all kind of car parts 👍🏻 $2 for admission 🎫

It's ok. Pretty picked through on popular vehicles like 88-98 gm trucks prices are a bit high compared to places I've been in other states. Not on par with pick n pull but Arizona Is one of the few States that doesn't have any pick n pull yards. This would be the first place I would look any and all parts. Lots of inventory
- ZZal Sargon (Sars)
It would be real helpful telling your clients that no one employed here can count over 40 or so. Walking the entire yard looking for a non existent row, in 114*+- temps while carrying a bag of tools makes customers happy!
- DDina H.
Sold my 01 Chevy Lumina to them and process was quick and easy. I also received back what I paid for it.
- JJoe Gutierrez
Highway Robbery happens here! They will over charge you on everything especially on plastic! They will forget to ask for your members phone number and will add a warranty price to every item unless you demand them to not charge you! Then they will check your receipt when your leaving like a Walmart! Lol... Bunch of idiots work here!

Okay so to enter this junkyard it is $3 a person and one of the good things I like about this place is there's usually a good variety of everything that you might be looking for. So the people are super helpful the map is very clear shows you where each of the car aisles are and it gives you different areas by having a premium area which is supposed to have better vehicles or parts. my buddy & i just went there looking for two doors for his 1999 Honda Accord somebody t-boned is passenger side and messed up the two doors so what kind of luck did we run into finding two nice white doors that matched his car 3% luck and we find a pair of doors and the price was super Fair it took us like an hour and a half to get them off and now they're home thanks Pull and save
- GGlenn Osborne
Being able to get in and go to the yard it's usually pretty quick. They have a lot of tires to look at on racks. The only problem I really have is a slight strangeness in the numbering system of the rows. As of August 3rd, not much has changed. And for the most part, that's not bad.

This yard is getting worse rapidly. i used to get parts there regularly but now avoid it if at all possible. the prices have gone up in the last year and the cashiers are charging for everything and then some. Plus there's a $5 environmental charge on every purchase and the $3 entry fee so add $8 to the cost of whatever you plan to buy. They have additional core charges now and charge me for every piece of hardware and even some hardware that I didn't buy. Apparently if there is an open bolt hole in the part you have to pay for the hardware that you didn't take. Not really sure how they can charge you for something they didn't sell you and refuse to remove the warranty. And also if there is a warranty on the non existent bolts then how come I can't return them. Do you guys know what the word warranty means. Pretty sure its a 45 day money back but they didn't get the memo. I got a wheel bearing and knuckle, they charged me for the 4 bolts that hold the 2 parts together and it was $95, for years I've been buying complete knuckles at $43. another yard down the street was willing to sell me one that they removed for $75. So why would I go though the effort to pull it off myself if they're gonna overcharge. I highly recommend calling other salvage yards before going here, Chances are you'll save some $$. Good luck pickin!

I was there this morning and bought a window regulator that had the window crank attached, when I got the receipt I noticed that the cashier had charged me $10 for the crank calling it a door handle, they are $12 brand new before even taking anything off of the counter I asked for the refund because I would have never paid that much for it especially in the condition it was in I thought it was all one part, they would not refund the money because I did not purchase the warranty. Tried to talk to the manager and he said that they told me they were charging me for this door handle and would not return my money even though all of this took place without even removing the items from the counter

Always find what we are looking for and the staff are nice. Thank you.
- AAlfredo Munoz
The workers act like they hate there job, and there system is not up to date. I called to see if they had a Dodge Dakota from 90-96 and they told me they had 2. I show up and pay to fine out they don't have the trucks. I payed for nothing.
- KKenneth McNutt
My biggest issue with this place there is no rhyme or reason it seems to how the cars are laid out. The sign that shows you the locations of the cars needs to be taken down cuz it's never been right..
- FFreddie Duran
This place has been a lifesaver. Only 2 bucks to go in and find your part. They have the only '92 Toyota Celica in PHOENIX, and I've been back a few times to grab parts for my '93 Celica Convertible.
- WWhat Parthurts
They explained everything to me. Some policies changed and I was brought up on all the details. It's all good, I saved $200 on the part I pulled. Bring your toolbox and save money 💰
