Great place! The scrap metal exchange made weighing my car, dumping the scrap, and reweighing incredibly easy. He even offered me water – it's those thoughtful little gestures that really make a difference.

The process is easy and the yard is huge, but you might need to pressure to get your money. A man working in the yard explained how to get weighed prior to and after dropping the scrap, and then nobody came out to give payment. There was clearly someone in the office because someone worked the light controls. Eventually I went to a front door that was locked, then looped back around to speak with the same yard worker again, but someone else had come out of the office and was about to reenter. I had to stop him to ask about the payment process, which was just given to me right away. And it was a very fair amount. But it really looked like I was attempted to be scammed.

Just a little tight with the turn around, truck and trailer was 45', other then that, great customer service!
