They quickly assessed the situation and carefully analyzed the safest way to recover my vehicle from deep snow. Their professionalism and expertise were obvious right away. Not only did they pull me out safely and securely, but they also followed me out of the deep snow trail to make sure I made it through without any further issues. Juan stayed in constant contact while locating me, sent photos of their location so I knew exactly where they were, and provided clear, detailed directions throughout the entire process. They also worked directly with my insurance company and handled everything seamlessly, which took a huge amount of stress off my shoulders. Juan is an exceptional vehicle recovery expert.
