During a snowstorm, we visited your store with the intent to purchase snow chains for our vehicle to ensure safe travel in hazardous road conditions. Upon arrival, an employee informed us that snow chains were not available and stated that the only option was snow socks. We were further told that the snow socks were non-returnable and that we had no alternative choice. The employee explicitly represented that the snow socks were the “best” and “most reliable” option for our situation. Relying on this representation, we agreed to purchase and have the snow socks installed. However, after installation, the vehicle continued to slide significantly and was extremely difficult to control. The product failed to provide adequate traction and placed us in an unsafe and hazardous situation. As a direct result, we were nearly involved in multiple accidents, putting our lives and the lives of others at serious risk. The following day, a member of our party returned to the store and spoke with the manager. The manager stated that snow chains had been available at the store during the time of our visit and expressed confusion as to why we were told otherwise. This directly contradicts the information provided to us by the employee and indicates that we were misinformed at the time of purchase. This incident raises serious concerns regarding misrepresentation, failure to provide accurate information, and the sale of a product that was unsuitable for the road conditions we clearly described. Had we been properly informed of the availability of snow chains, we would not have purchased the snow socks, nor would we have been placed in a situation that endangered our safety.

On a Sunday, when my car won’t move, this was the only shop open and can help. They refuses to give any kind of help due to liability issue. The guy told me what if they give me any kind of help and then my car have an accident, they can be liable for it. I offered to write down or provide any kind of liability release, but they simply refused. Common buddy.
