Absolutely hated the service here!! Came in for the first time with my husband and were treated like if we knew the place. We couldn't ask for help with out getting an attitude from the cashier ( the young lady with blond short hair and glasses I believe her name was Odalys) acted like she owned the place she is absolute garbage at customer service. You need to get your employees in check if you want to run a good business. I had always heard really good things about this place but did not meet my expectations. definitely not coming back!

WOW! What a great experience I've NEVER been to a place like this before. Of course I didn't go prepared but other nice patrons helped lend me tools and I bought some to do what I needed. I got parts I've been searching for for about a year if not longer. I will be back.

It was a pretty good place, the staff was friendly and knowledgeable and they had the parts I needed, but the inventory is scattered haphazardly across the yard. I spent most of my time there walking back and forth across the yard locating the several parts I needed and could not get them all because I ran out of time before closing. Hondas need to all be grouped in Honda and ford's with ford's etc. But that is not the case, that I scored the four stars. They do have a huge inventory, which is awesome. The cop that stands guard there was a jerk so steer clear of thw man....

I went in when they were busy. I had trouble removing a part. They helped me out big time. Tony was very helpful. Outstanding folk. I would give this place a 3 thumbs up if I had another thumb.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. I have come on several occasions and they always have the parts you need. I highly recommend you visit this business.

Rude and extremely not friendly customer service, manager argued with *invate to fight* manners regarding a store credit that's never been used with a prompt proof receipt. They might use your store credit and take your money with a nice smile on their faces.Be careful with a credit from them.

Easy process. In and out, staff was friendly, first time visiting ,had what I needed. No complaints....

Even though they had what I needed. They charged me twice to go in, in the same day. Their yard is super messy(dirty).

Had my part off and out of there in 1 hour GREAT PRICES TOO

The attendant was very helpful when helping me search for the part I wanted and she removed the part for a small fee. Friendly and courteous staff.
