Review Edit: I have to mention the great customer service i always receive from Ronnie. He always makes me feel remembered, respected and valued, while still keepin' it real! Shoutout to Ronnie on OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE! I'm in the Air Force and they gave me military members free admission. Furthermore for people looking for direct replacement for their everyday driver that live out of town this probably isn't the greatest yard for you but if you are an old car enthusiast and have a little toy project that your building were you can go browse around at old cars, and you live close by to where you can run over there really quick and just YANK a part from any old GM vehicle and know that it works is way better than being told by the staff down the road that their insurance don't allow you to go pull your own stuff. And one more thing this place is inexpensive!

I love this Place. I have pulled parts for extremely discounted prices for as long as I can remember. The employees are very helpful and superbly educated with which makes and models are available. Additionally they are very knowledgeable of where to find vehicles that have compatible parts with your vehicle(s). Make sure you check this place out. There's always a lot-a-bit of everything. Your always guaranteed to save money here.

I really like this place because they appreciate first responders like myself letting us get in for free. They give us a massive discount on parts and they obviously know how to treat people they have wheelbarrels. You can take for free as long as you don’t steal them obviously they have Golf carts you can rent and I also like the fact that they have water in that shop for about $.50 they obviously know exactly what they’re doing and it’s always cool to be pulling parts off of cars and seeing the Blackhawk helicopters Flying around they have the whitest range of parts and cars I’ve seen in Arizona and not to mention they let you use your tools. Honestly, this is my favorite yard.

This place is my first choice for so many reasons. The website is user friendly and always up to date on inventory. If a part is not in stock, they offer an alert option and there is no surprises with the cost because there is a detailed price list. When you get to the yard you pay a $2 admission fee and only children 16 and older are allowed on the yard. Vehicles are organized and maps are provided. my son and I Genuinely look forward to our trips there.

This place is terrible. I would not recommend terrible customer service. The only restroom is outside using a porter potty with no place to wash your hands and They didn't even have paper towels so I could use santizer and wipe them. Not to mention false advertising. It is listed $15 to $40 for an aluminum tire and wheel that comes from the website and thats for pre pulled I pulled mine myself. I got charged $77 for 1 tire and wheel how does that make any sense it doesnt say anything about being charged extra they need to specify otherwise its misleading. They just kept going on and on about bring in an old aluminum rim and I'll give you $16. Why would I go out of my way to find an old rim and then have to bring it back?

Unfortunately apparently this place is ran by people on drugs. One person tells you one price then a different person tells you a different price. You call on the phone and they give you a different price. Part went up from $50.00 to over $110 in les than 60 seconds by asking a different person. Maybe a complaint to the Arizona department of weights and measures is in order. Their pricing is completely inaccurate and non uniform.

Love going to this place but I feel like the price has gone up feel it's a used part that you have to take off yourself shouldn't cost the same ase buying it brand new from the Internet

I looked online for this Sterling column they wanted $400-500 dollars. I went to Pull-A-Part and spent $44.00. It only took me 15 minutes and saved. Staff is friendly and helpful. I highly recommend it to friends and family.

FIVE + STARS - Pull-A-Part has been of tremendous value to me. 1. Sign Up On Line to become a member this will help you in using Pull-A-Part services and save you money. 2. Take an hour or so and look around their yard, one of the areas largest, this will help you understand what you will need to do to find parts you need and give you a better understanding of the best way to pull your own parts or get help in doing so. 3. Pull-A-Part has hundreds of thousands if not millions of parts, understand this and learn to work effectively. IF you are not mechanically inclined you still have options, Pull-A-Part can help point you in the right direction. There are many part pullers around and they are relatively good and reasonably priced. When I have spare time I like to bring and friend and cruise around the yard in one of their Golf-Carts bargain hunting. Pull-A-Part sells running cars as well. Now keep in mind these cars are "as-is" and may need addition peripheral items like, trim, freon, window regulators, etc, however the good news is that they are very treasonably priced and they are somewhat selective in choosing what they sell as a complete vehicle, so you know you are not getting scammed, since you know cars not fit for resale never get sold as whole vehicles and you will be paying a price much less than market value, I estimate about 50% less than a used car dealer would want. If you need a vehicle or are driving a hopeless case, pull together some cash and get over there, the good values do sell quickly so stay on top of it. I have saved thousands of dollars by shopping Batteries and Tires. I have purchased very good dependable slightly used batteries for just over $30. Also they now have Interstate fully Refurbished Batteries for $50. These are $200 batteries that may actually be better than new because they are vigorously tested by interstate. Pull-A-Part offers Used Fully Charged Batteries and Interstate Refurbished Batteries. Interstate includes Exide and they are a world leader in super dependable automotive batteries, they have been around forever. Like I said you can get a $200 battery for $50. If you are on a budget, it is the only way to go. I have purchased well over 30 batteries now from Pull-A-Part and I will continue to do so... Tires are $21. Now the tires can be a little more hit and miss so you must look, inspect and use common sense. Ask the employees when more tires will be made available and be there when they have the most tires available if you follow this simple advise I can guarantee you a tire deal that will blow you away. Yes even a $300 Micheline slightly used will be available for $21. IF you are patient and observant. They do their best in sorting tires however this is a huge place and many tires are being sold and become available on an ongoing basis. You can even buy a tire on the rim and then return the rim only for a refund of the rim portion. Here is my personal take on where pull-a-part has the most value potential, 1. Starters and Alternators (1/3 the cost of buying new and you can choose high end main brand (Delco Remy/Motorcraft/Mopar) by the way, you learn how to install by removing... no dealing with junk crap bargain starters and alternators. Body Parts, Panels, Windows, Etc. These require a bit more work for removal however the cost savings are well worth it. Batteries and Tires, I personally can tell you this is the single best way to get the most bang for your buck ANYWHERE including Craigslist, EBay and the Swap Meet. You can even buy full set of wheels and good tires for less than the price of ONE new wheel and tire. For batteries it is the only way to go, unless you want value junk from Wal-Fart or pay $200+ tax at AutoZ or mcRilley. Complete vehicles, If I were in need of a vehicle I would not hesitate to buy a compete car or truck from Pull-A-Part. Yesterday I checked out a good looking Ford Focus 2007 with less than 150,000 miles for around $2000. Now it wasn't perfect but it wasn't bad either. Please be well and see you at Pull-A-Part. I was one of the first customers here when the store first opened up, and have found many parts for different vehicles over the years. As of late it's been a pleasure to deal with Ronnie when checking in, he's always cheerful, helpful, and with a smile on his face. Thanks Pull-A-Part, and Ronnie.

Super glad you can't call them directly to ask general questions................send me to Indonesia to talk to some carpet rider about tucson arizona cars 🤙 10/10
- aanthony smith
Prices are way to hi . I talked to someone on the phone and he quoted me about 12 for a dashboard bezel He did say it may be a few bucks off. Once I got there and pulled it was 35$ and it even had a big crack in it. I could buy a new one for that price. 90 bucks for a bezel mirror and taillight when I can get all that for 60 new online other than that everybody was helpful and nice . They definitely have a good selection of cars.
- LLinda Meck

It's hard to give a review when it's really just one person that ruins it. Don't get me wrong great place really is. Got there checked in everyone is in a good mood, people cashing out seem fine talking, joking whatever. Employees friendly talkative all good. Go out and find both parts needed. Perfect off to a great start. Walk in to check out and EVERYONE is quite except for one guy. Not sure if he is the owner, manager or what but he sure gave 2 other employees attitude. Full of comments like wouldn't not stop just putting them down or just making them feel low in front of all of us. The other 2 employees that was taking in all his comments and smart a** remarks just stood there the entire time, saw a few eye rolls but just shocked they didn't just walk out. Props to those 2 guys for dealing with that in front of all of us. That one person just ruins everyone's day with that attitude. I do suggest taking the employee or employee's in the office if there is issue's
- SScorpn64
Makes are spread out all over, there is only a searchable database of vehicles they want to sell. They take your picture and charge you to enter lot without refund if you can't find what you're looking for.
- SSpencer Shepherd
These guys aren’t too bad for a pull a part, they got great pricing and cars and rims for a good price and anything you really need for a car. And a fair warranty. And the customer service is good; they definitely work hard 🫶🏼

Best salvage yard in Tucson. Odalist is a sweetheart. An absolute angel with the biggest heart of solid gold. My dude Ronnie is very compassionate and understanding when parts turn out to be the wrong fit and brought back. For the best direction on part Interchange, speak with Gerald. He is a fountain of knowledge and saves time and headache. If you haven't been to pull-a-part, go there for all your education and restoration need. Simple catalogue, well organized, friendly staff, and amazing pricing.
- CCarlo Bejarano
Always friendly service, great picks of cars, one of the junkyards in town.

Great experience today at the Tucson location. I was quickly greeted by Ronnie. He showed great interest in finding out if I found everything I needed. He then went on to apprise me of the value and benefits of becoming a member. I was so impressed with his customer service skills that I went home and signed up. Thank you Ronnie.

If your called for an I terview, make sure your really early. Doesn't matter half hour or 5 hours. Otherwise Tony will shred your application on the spot when your late. It's just business. I like how he's very open and honest like a real business man. That part of His attitude suits my life. I called his nunber to let him know I'm going to be late, such as life
