    Knowledgeable staff who are alway ready and eager to help. If they don't have it, they'll order it. If they have to order it, it's generally, (are you ready) here the next day! Which happens with how many things you order? That alone is worth its weight in gold!

    They just saved me $189 for a part I would only use once. Told me to go visit Brookings Automotive next door and they could fix it. NAPA could have just sold me the part but took it an extra step and asked about the issue. This is WHY I only use NAPA in Brookings!
