    My favorite auto parts store. Always has what I need or they will get it and fast. I get a 20 dollar free purchase after a few orders of 25 bucks . So they do give back also will come out to help or lend you the tools needed for the job. Great place !!!!

    This Autozone has lost my business. I had a battery that I bought from them three months ago that didn’t appear to be working. I took it in and dropped it off to have them test it just like normally would happen. Then I got a call from them telling me that it wasn’t good any more. So I asked if it was under warranty (which it should be). They said that they couldn’t find proof that I had bought it from them. I told them that it doesn’t make sense because I did and it should be on my account and it was their brand of battery. They said they would call me back and try to look it up in the mean time. Hours turned into days and days turned into weeks and now a month has gone by. They obviously kept my battery and didn’t try to return it to me which in my mind is akin to theft. So I will not continue to shop here and will be directing those in my circle of influence away from this store.

    I haven't been to AutoZone in a while but that's where I go to get my parts when I need them it just so happens that my youngest brother lives in the apartment right behind AutoZone so it's going to pop up LOL

    Most always have what I need in stock, if not they get it in a reasonable time. Never have had a problem with them or the parts they sell, good people.

    They can never seem to find the part in the computer, even if you have the part number off of their website. This last time, even with the computer, they sold us the wrong spark plugs.

    I went in to buy a repair manual.It was right behind the cashier on the shelf and he still had to look it up on his computer. They don't know what there doing.

    Im in there frequently. Usually long wait and they have sent me home with wrong part at least 3 times even ordered the wrong Haynes manual. I don't count on them if it's important I'll drive the 12 miles to sutherlin autozone they rock
