Fantastic! My 2008 Prius, which I bought three weeks ago stopped working. Other mechanics told me over the phone that it was the BIG battery, and would be thousands. We called Hybrid Battery Repair, and they said it sounded like the 12v. They came out right on time to our house the next day, repaired it quickly, and charged basically the same as if we had towed it to Pep Boys!! Really great business, and I highly recommend.

Hybrid battery repair is a wonderful battery repair company in Los Angeles. I needed a battery for my Toyota Prius last year and they have done an excellent service. I never had any problem thus far even though they gave me 6 months warranty.

So far I'm going to give this review solely on the price, efficiency and helpfulness. I called three other places that were also really highly rated online and for the same price they were giving me a shorter warranty and they were going to need more time to work on the car. Abraham came in and within 15 minutes they were gone. He was super friendly on the phone when I first called him and they showed up at the time they said they would. I have a year-long warranty so I will be checking back if anything pops up.

Let me tell you how I am super relieved getting help from this company! Joe and his team works super fast and were ready before I can tell my story of how my battery died. They came early, replaced my battery in less than 10 minutes, voila, its done! I have a new battery and I can drive my car without worrying if my battery will die again. My 2005 Prius when the dash lights came on and I took it to the Toyota dealer and was diagnosed as a defective hybrid battery the dealer price was way to much and i found this company and i called and set an appointment at a much better price and they came to my house....excellent convenience for me. And they installed the battery at my house I am am really happy with thia company because the customer service was off the chart and technical service was excellent.
