Horrible.I called and was told they had three wheels I needed. Gave him CC as req and was told to come in in a few hours. When I got to front desk was told no there are only 2 wheels and would be 2 days until they were pulled from the yard. Don't waste your time with this company.ADD: I'll add this in response to the owner's appreciated response. I came in because your on-phone rep told me to pay by credit card and come in "a few hours" to retrieve the three wheels. Not for 2 wheels, but I get that inventory mixu-ups happen. But to be told that the person I spoke with was not even on-site ("he's working remote") and that the wheels would not be taken off until Friday were the real issue. Just working off what your rep told me on the phone.No need for the parts. Just need the credit card refund. Thanks for the follow-up response.

Called in today to ask about a part told me I need to prepay couldn't guarantee if they even had the part our part was working and I'll have to admit wasn't expecting the message from the owner but he explained the process which was far from what the sales representative explained. Will definitely purchase from them in the future

Very bad service I ordered some parts they told me they would arrive in 2 days and those 2 days were 17 days and they canceled the order and they had me waiting more than 1 hour to return my money. VERY BAD SEVISIO AND IT IS NOT THE FIRST TIME THAT HAPPENS

Placed order on friday for monday pickup. Somehow slipped through the cracks on finding my order in the computer. Then somehow slipped through the cracks getting the parts. Once somebody noticed "why are are you still here?" Yet again slipped through the cracks. Tried giving me a silverado rear bumper when my order was a yukon front bumper. Only good things to happen were beth adjusted price for condition of part and her and juan were easy to talk to which is why they get a second star. Pisspoor first impression for a first time customer, but i doubt ill be going back unless they happen to be the only option.

Bought a motor from them online. Next morning get an email stating inventory error. So I call for an explanation and get this rude woman telling me as I was told it’s an inventory error.After writing this review the owner reached out to me and even found me a motor that worked and gave me a good price. He was very friendly and took care of business. Will buy from him again for sure.

Probably the nicest salvage yard I have ever been to. The atmosphere and employees were just all around pleasant to deal with. When you step into the showroom you would think you were walking into a dealership instead "junk yard". Definitely recommend taking the drive out to Holland.

Your customer service is great. Scott Burgess has always been helpful and gone out of his way with his service. Delivery service is great also. Have never had an issue with delivery and if something is damaged they have always handled ot in a timely matter. Highly recommend Snyders.
