I ordered a part, IT wasn't the right part, I returned it and the guy just broke it in my face, and told me that he couldn't help Me,Now This was Bad Business

They look like they've got a great selection but the guy in the office closer to the main road was more helpful than the one in the office further from the main road. They got radios, speakers, subs, body parts, and alot more but they lack oem parts sadly. Id say go check em out reguardless you never know was a new experience. Fair on pricing as well.

Quoted me a price but charged me significantly more. My car was ready 3 days after he said it would. Poor communication seems shady. I just wanted to know how much it would cost to fix my car and how soon it could happen. I feel like this business was less than honest about those things. So far, the transmission that was replaced seems to be working fine. But I am not confident that, should an issue arise, this company would resolve it without a problem.

Quoted me a price on the phone. I drove all the way there to pick up the part. Waited patiently for 15 min with no help. Finally the guy at the desk ask me how much he quoted me for the part, said i was wrong lied to me and the made a hand motion for me to leave... Never received such bad service. Mind you the part was quote at $10!!! Not like it was something expensive.Will NEVER buy a part from them again. AAA used auto parts has much better service.

Fair prices are very helpful stuff they have lots of part i am pretty sure you will find what you are looking for your vehicle

We tried a couple of spare part shops and they didn’t have the transmission we were looking for our Envoy! But Ravin was able to place an order for us to collect in store in a couple of days. The whole experience left us feeling satisfied and excited about getting back on the road! Thanks guys, I’m a happy soccer mom! 5 stars all the way.

Best OEM and original parts and best affordable cars

if you need parts this is a good place to go, but don't expect professionalism, they're pretty non chalant which isn't bad but also isn't good. And personally, I wouldn't have anything of mine installed here.

I'm very happy with the service I received at A to Z Lancaster. I needed multiple parts for my chevy 2006, including a transmission, they found all the parts very quickly over the phone and gave me a fair quote for each. Much cheaper than elsewhere. They helped installing some on my car as well. Also, Steve, the owner, very nice guy!
