I was very satisfied coming to this place got what I was looking for. Very friendly very helpful and the prices are good 😊👍

Honestly I was taking a friend to a mechanic shop nearby. But I can say I was highly impressed with their selection and how organized they were. They had a lot of land and had the whole yard sectioned out in a very organized and efficient manner. As far as prices I could not tell you anything about it because we did not need their services but the yard is so big if you need parts or a project vehicle this is the place to go.

I went to buy parts at this location recently, and I will never be coming back. I walked in and waited like 20 minutes for Steve. After I asked him if I could bring my tools to take off the car parts and he refused. Then after waiting another 10 minutes, he told me to get my tools and pay before I removed the car parts. So I paid, and by the time I left, I checked my mobile banking app, and he had stolen money from my debit card. The total was $50, and he charged $55. Steve is very unprofessional, pricey, and a scammer. I would honestly waste an extra $20 on gas and go down to LKQ Pick Your Part instead of this junkyard. Don't come here unless you want to get robbed.

Terrible the basic parts don't work have you waited around they act like they don't want to touch you or be around you disrespectful as hell
- JJennifer Vavra
This place was horrible. I promise I will never return. The man that claims to be the owner locked himself in his car and would not open the door or window and speak to me after he didn't follow through with what he was paid to do. When 5 pm rolled around he wasn't going to do anymore work and then told me I couldn't get a refund on what I had paid for upfront. Horrible experience. He also told me I could of got the part I needed faster if I didn't bring my boyfriend along.

I've always had a good experience here. Steve is a nice guy and so are the rest of the employees. I get parts from them all the time. I got a head from them and it was almost closing time like 5 minutes before and the parts puller stayed after hours and got the head off the trashed motor with me so I could take it to my mechanic.

Customer Service that makes you feel at home. Honest pricing on parts and fair valuations of used vehicles. Knowledgeable and friendly staff who will help you find that one obscure part you need right now. They pull the part for you, so prices are 10% higher or so than a "typical" yard. Running or not, sell your car to them and you will get fair value - they will drive to you even if you're outside Lancaster!

Quoted me a price on the phone. I drove all the way there to pick up the part. Waited patiently for 15 min with no help. Finally the guy at the desk ask me how much he quoted me for the part, said i was wrong lied to me and the made a hand motion for me to leave... Never received such bad service. Mind you the part was quote at $10!!! Not like it was something expensive. Will NEVER buy a part from them again. AAA used auto parts has much better service.

I have always had an issue here. Asked if they bought used transmissions, they said no, but that they do take core charges for $70 Didn’t want to lose money so I waited. Eventually I had to get rid of the transmission for space issues, I called again and they said they don’t do core charges and that they’d buy it for $35. Then the just hung up on me (second time during the one conversation). If anyone wants to open up a auto parts shop In Palmdale/Lancaster area you’ll probably outshine these guys.

What a crook and a liar. We called in advance, supposedly this guy looked up what we needed and told us it was $35.00. We got there and he decided that it should be $85.00 instead. He was rude, which I guess for a salvage yard is not unusual but he wanted us to buy a completely beat up pile of trash, MUCH older than our car, for $85.00. We tried offering $60.00 cash and he wouldn't take it. Well, GUESS WHAT? I got THE EXACT SAME PART BRAND NEW FOR $76.00 at an online parts shop. Free shipping, toll free number to contact them and when I did, they were very conscientious to make sure I was ordering what I needed. I can understand that a person might be a bit grumpy if online, new parts places are kicking his butt but, the lying and the rudeness made me want to share my experience. Don't go to this guy, he needs to find another business where he doesn't have to deal with people or tell the truth.

Best OEM and original parts and best affordable cars

Went in for a front driver side window and they had a perfect one; to my luck it was also tinted the right shade. If I remember right it was no more than $40 and I didn't have to pull it out myself. Also they were pretty quick about it. No complaints.
- JJerome Robinson
Quoted me a price but charged me significantly more. My car was ready 3 days after he said it would. Poor communication seems shady. I just wanted to know how much it would cost to fix my car and how soon it could happen. I feel like this business was less than honest about those things. So far, the transmission that was replaced seems to be working fine. But I am not confident that, should an issue arise, this company would resolve it without a problem.

They look like they've got a great selection but the guy in the office closer to the main road was more helpful than the one in the office further from the main road. They got radios, speakers, subs, body parts, and alot more but they lack oem parts sadly. Id say go check em out reguardless you never know was a new experience. Fair on pricing as well.

Great service awesome manager. Great advise that made me save a lot. Very helpful fast with reasonable prices. Driving all the way from Woodland Hills to by a headlight for my car. I’m so happy and highly recommend this store.
- JJosh Cowley
Horrible. They are a rip off. Do but waste your money. They charged almost 1500 dollars for a transmission that was used with 1500 miles on it and it was making noise and not kicking into gears smoothly or anything. I'm pissed. I told them and they tried to blame the noise I heard on other things and the fact my van is a 2002 and my miles I have on it. I have never heard the whistling noise at all before I went there. when I told the stupid idiotic mechanic, he smiled and made excuses. This place is a joke. Do not trust them.

Bro was rude and just hung up on me

If I could give them no stars I would! First off the worst customer service EVER and I haven't gone to the location. This was just by phone call. I called the number listed here and I don't know maybe the man wasn't having a good day because it was horrible speaking to him. Hung up on me while I was saying thank you bye. He gave me another number to call and I did. I called the man and asked him for a certain part and he said he'd call me back and till this day I'm still waiting for a call back. Also had bad customer service before I even said thank you bye another hang up! I don't care how good the prices may be but now I'd rather pay extra and take my business elsewhere than to deal with people like this.

Stay AWAY!!! Very rude, and horrible customer service. First visit, Steve made me wait for such a long time, that I walked out. Second visit, he looked up the part online and gave me exactly the same price for his USED part! I laughed and said that is a new part!!! Once again, walking out and this time will not be back.
- EEduardo Diaz
Bad Service. My dad was asking about some tires just to move a car we have sitting at the house. The guy there flat out said he didn't care. That he needed to sell the parts to make money. The tires weren't even good for the price he was asking. Don't come here if you don't want to be disrespected.
- ssteve zee
This place is alright. The owner is pretty good, he's open to negotiations on some parts and I like that. This yard only carries parts for imports (nissan, honda, etc.) There's another yard on the corner of Columbia who sells American (ford, chevy, etc.)
- JJohn Compton
WARNING. STAY AWAY CROOKS The worst experience i have ever had. I was given a quote of $1500 for replacing the engine in my BMW. The final cost was more than $800 higher. The so called mechanic put the wrong engine in first time around. Then after Steve told me he test drove my car from Lancaster to Woodland Hills I began keeping a closer watch. When I checked on my car he was about to let his wife go grocery shopping in my car I told him NO if it was a test drive that I would. The 2nd engine froze up on that test drive. The 3rd engine had an error code that prevents my passing smog. That error was never resolved. When approached him with a possible cause for the error he became irate and tried to leap over the 6 ft barrier to attack me.

A to Z is literally the best autopart store that I could find in Lancaster. After searching almost 7 other stores. The staff are really friendly, knowledgable and they offered me the best price I could find for a engine for my car. He showed me the real milage and all the detailed info. on the wear tear. They had an inventory of 5 engine with different milages and condition. The price was almost half of every other store in the area, and I've been driving my car for almost 6 month now with no sign of any malfunction or anything. I definitely recommend this store to my friends and family.

I had my windshield replaced there and it rattled ever since they did the work. they would not replace it or give me my money back. these people do not honor their work so don't waste your time or your money with them.
- MManuel Camacho
Very unprofessional. Call on the phone they answered but continued to talk to the person in front of him. Why answer the phone if you're not going help the person on the phone???
- MMario Gomez
Steve is the greatest! He has great customer service and does what he can to get true job done ! Very honest . Cheapest prices!

Asked a price for radio before entering the yard after looking over an hour go to pay and the price tripled.. wow hate. To say but record your conversation when it comes to price because he'll tell you a different one at the end name was Jr

Mr. Ravin (and Raouf/Rozi - the whole team) was very helpful in not just helping us, but also advising us on all the parts we needed for our Chevy Tahoe (which we love)! We would definitely recommend them to the rest of our friends and family who own American (and proud) cars.

I don't want to buy here....... I called them 3 times before I go to there store to make sure they have the spare parts I need. They said they have it but when I arrived, they do not have the spare parts I need. Wasting my time to drive 1 hour one way away and they don't have it? I am not coming to this store to buy.
