I blew my 20 year old car up and this company went above and beyond by giving me cash for my car and towing it and also the tow truck driver got permission to take me to the nearest gas station. They were genuinely concerned about my safety as I was in a pinch and trying to get home to my family almost 3 hours away. Sad my car blew up but under the circumstances this company has excellent customer service. 10 stars if I could give them that many.

They basically lied to my wife about the Cadillac converter missing so they can pay her less upon arriving. Can not wait for this scam to be aired on television. Stay clear of this business they lie and cheat and VERY UNPROFESSIONAL lie about pick up time lie about offer and tow guy is very sleazy

Very helpful in sorting out what documents were needed. And true to their word over the phone. I had a missing title and they promised the other half of the funds when title was in hand. Kept up to their word.

I was in the area for 30 min to help a resident with an insurance problem and they towed my car. It's absolutely ridiculous. But on a plus side the lady at the window was quite polite for the "robbery" that occurred while I had to pay to get my car back.
