Pretty good plenty of parking, overall very organized. Certain things were super over picked with not much left to pick off. We paid $2 bucks per person to enter. Workers at the front were nice and offered us some water on the way out, and we appreciated that as it was super hot! Bring an umbrella or something to protect yourself from the heat no matter how silly you look, you will appreciate it.

Hello everyone with me and my fiancéFirst time coming to pull and pay they have so many nice things tools that saved my life on parts lol the employees are so nice and kind and made me feel welcomed Big shout out to Mrs Jackson for make us feel welcomed and kind and helping us with everything she possibly could to help us and I wanna make a big shout out to the the 2 lady's in the front they were very kind and nice but overall this is the best place I ever been this is my Orlando mall lol will be returning soon

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Sasha at U Pull & Pay Orlando is the best! Every time I go, she’s super helpful, friendly, and always goes out of her way to make sure I get exactly what I need. She really knows her stuff and treats everyone with respect and patience. You can tell she genuinely cares about people, not just the job. It’s always a good vibe when she’s around — she makes the whole experience so much easier. Big thanks to Sasha for always taking care of me when I stop by!
