My motorhome wouldn't start when I was ready to leave the gas station.Jeff, the driver, was helpful and friendly. He looked under the hood with me while I told him what I had tried already. He found the loose connection I hadn't checked. I was so relieved I didn’t need to be towed. He got got me out of there under my own power.

An illegal U turn on highway 89 in the community of McCloud, Ca. Caused the loss of my old stead. My Durango was destroyed in the collision. Black Butte towing was responsible for removing the vehicle. The driver was kind and polite. The next day I went to the lot to remove my personal property and say my last goodbyes to the vehicle I purchased new in 2003. I was allowed to remove all I needed and the staff at Black Butte towing were kind and helpful.Thank you Black Butte towing. Please let's not meet again.

Brain was amazing. Our car had problems at Old Ski Bowl trail head. Brain came all the way to the top to get us. Enjoyed a pleasant conversation on our ride down. He gave recommendations for in Shasta where to bring the car and helped us find the key drop box. Really helpful in a time when we were totally stranded. Definitely give them a call to help you out!
