I am always helped properly and promptly when I come. They acknowledge when a customer arrives and they will be with them as soon as possible. I've seen this place for years and never went there but recently I've been going for older truck parts. The staff is always helpful and can get a part shipped quickly if they don't have it in stock. Check it out. Its somewhere between a Napa and O''reilly's auto store which I like.

My car wouldn't start at all on Sunday, 4th of July, in my driveway. I have roadside service in my insurance so they sent a tow company to start it up. It was a bad battery so I sat in my car with the engine running calling all over for 2 hours to find somewhere that had my battery and had someone to install it. I finally ended up at this location. Not only was it close to my home but the service representative was friendly, helpful and courteous! He checked my battery which had a bad cell, got the old one out, installed the new one and had me on my way in less than an hour. I was grateful that on a holiday I was able to get my car running and ready for the work week.

Horrible customer service over the phone every single time I’ve called they put on hold then they never answer back or just hang up you physically have to drive to the store to get good customer service

George, Tim, and Reggie some of my favorite guys here at our local auto shop. Friendly and very home like environment. Always helpful and they find cheaper parts the Autozone. My family and I been coming here for years. Customer is on point. Love this place.

All the guys there are great they have helped me countless times. This is a place where you never get the "counter guy" condescending attitude. Fyi: All of their Carquest brand filters fluids etc are manufactured by quality name brand co.'s but cost less!
