These are my bois ! They’ve replaced an engine on my 335i , water pump, and fuel pump over the years. Ray is hella nice and all the workers are knowledgeable and know what’s wrong with the car right away. It’s also way cheaper than taking it to a dealer and every repair has been good and professional. 5/5 this is the first place I take it to when something is off

DO NOT GO HERE !!!!! Ray guy with fake smile (SLIME) sold me quarter window a month ago without molding I went to glass repair shop and they told me I need molding .Called fake smile gentleman immediately and he said I'll talk to my glass guy. I called many times and he gave me run around . I asked for credit and he said NO. Go to Benz and BMW parts 9865 San Fernando Blvd if you want to deal with normal people. STAY THE F... I really tried to like these guys and give them the benefit of the doubt, but I can't anymore. Let me start off since the beginning. A year ago my bmw had a transmission and starter issue I brought my car here since I've been having my car serviced for a year prior to this repair. They fixed my transmission and starter thank you! However a week after the repair my car voltage wouldn't hold up leaving me stranded on the road. Sure enough I thought It was my starter. I then took my car back and told them what was going on. I left my car there for two days they stated my car was perfectly fine and nothing was wrong with it. But how if my cars voltage was at 12.6 while running that isn't normal it's supposed to be at 13.5-14.2. The technician I spoke to told me this was normal -.- I then take my car to another BMW repair shop to address the issue. They fixed it, turns out my alternator burnt out because when they installed my new starter they never connected the cord correctly causing voltage issues ultimately burning out my alternator. With that being said I still gave these guys a chance and decided to take my car back for future repairs (mistakes happen). Now for the second problem, my car was having a coolant leak, and power steering fluid leak. I take my car to them they repair my coolant leak but never fixed my power steering problem. I take my car back and explain to them the issue. They admit that they accidentally didn't connect my power steering hose correctly fixed my problem free of charge. Now for my third and final problem, my car was again leaking coolant , oil filter housing leak and a valve cover gasket leak. They fixed my coolant and oil filter housing problem. However my car was still smoking and smelt of burnt oil. I gave it a couple of weeks thinking it was probably just residual oil and it'll burn off. No! I take my car back again asking them politely to please look over the car again since it's still smoking (more than it was before the repair/It has been a month since the repair). Left my car for a day, they notify me that the car is good they washed my engine and it should be fine. It's still smoking heavily till this day the repairs were made since the end of January. I'm beyond aggravated at this point. I find another bmw repair shop to address the issue. Well guess what, they did a terrible job at replacing my valve cover gasket. Not only that but in doing so they unplugged a vacuum hose from my secondary air pump never plugged it back in the hose burnt and I had to replace it. I'm not sure what it is, if it's something they have against me or if they con customers in doing things like this to profit off of them. I really really tried to give them a chance and look at the positives of every negative situation I've been through taking my car here. I feel bad writing this review because I genuinely wanted to give them my business. It was convenient for me to have my car serviced here since my work is 5 minutes away. They have the lowest prices from any mechanical shop I've been too but its not worth it. You'll end up wasting your time and have a huge headache dealing with these guys. I'm taking my car to a bmw specialist shop that will thoroughly look and inspect my car. I have no idea if these guys potentially damaged my car in the process of taking it here. Stay away!
