The service was excellent. The process was seamless. Skip is a jewel ! Great customer service. My son’s car died , he came and picked it up the same day even though it was close to closing time. This is how you run a business.

Skip, is one of the nicest, most accommodating people I’ve ever met.When our Ford F150 exploded in the Walgreens parking lot last week, he was the only one who was willing to tow the carcass away to his junkyard. He did it almost immediately after I called, and I didn’t even have to be there in person for him to take care of it because I was away on another job.The cops wouldn’t help me, the firefighters wouldn’t help me, and no tow-yards would help me. It was unbelievable. Skip’s service is vital to Los Angeles, and I literally don’t know what people will do without him!!Not to mention, he is a heckuva nice guy and even helped me procure my gorilla magnetize lockbox which I had left under the body of the truck!!! That is above and beyond service!!!!I will definitely be calling him in the future!!!

Skip and company were awesome! They were easy to work with and on time for everything. They bought my Ford Escape and masterfully got it out of my parking garage even though it wouldn't start. Highly recommend them!

I called them and the owner Skip asked couple questions and told me that he will come in 30 min to have a look. After checking he paid me cash and helped me to fill out selling DMV forms online. AMAZING! Where do I start... I have to tell you, Skip and his staff went above and beyond to provide me the BEST services. I was in a bit of a sticky situation where I needed to get my car out of my apartment by 4/30/20. Long story short, I followed there instructions, communicated everything they needed from me. They explain everything very very well (this was my first time having to salvage a car, and I had no knowledge on the process), and made it extremely easy to finalize the pick up. My car was in a apartment garage stacked parking space. The staff was able to maneuver in and out with precision! They can get anything out of anywhere no problem. I am very very SATISFIED and will continue to keep them on speed dial if I ever need services with them again. thank you so much you have no idea!

Westside Auto Recycling is absolutely awesome. I have a problem situation including a lien, title transfer, etc. "Skip", the owner, spent several hours over several weeks helping me with this - and he ultimately took care of of the entire process (at extra time and effort on his behalf). Plus, he paid me in full several weeks earlier. I'm absolutely thrilled. Awesome gentleman and company.

Skip was SUPER nice on the phone. First response from him was 'am I okay' after I told him I was in an accident. Found them online, on top of their business. The tow truck came exactly when they said and Don was great, picked up the car in less than 2 hours. Good, honest people.
