Great customer service! Diane told us upfront that they had a part for our 74 VW Beetle. The part was ready for us when we got there. Jim was such a great help with everything. We ended up getting something else there since he was such a great help.We will probably go back again soon since we're restoring our 74 Beetle.

A great business to deal with. I needed a body part for a VW bug I was restoring. I called Diane and told her what I needed and she said she would check. She also gave me a rough estimate range depending on part condition if they had it. That afternoon she called me back and said they had the part and gave me a price and said pictures would be sent. As promised she sent me a great set of pictures with all important details clearly shown. She gave me a part pickup time for the next day with detail instructions on how to get to the yard. I showed up at the scheduled time and picked up the part. I highly recommend this business if you need a vintage VW part.

My Granddaughters Electric VW Bus, she's 5, and don't get caught with your hand in the Cookie Jar Bus, my 96 year old grandma bought me the Bus Cookie Jar and the Riding High on the Cannabus table Coaster, "Love you Grandma ❤ ". I really appreciate what you guys/girls have done for me, you've had all the parts I needed to get my Bug restored. I was in a very tough spot with a SuperBeetle restoration project - the dreaded side vent rust out problem. I reached out to Interstate and Diane was just remarkable, providing very knowledgeable advice, sending pics of available body cuts (and thank God they had some good quality cuts available), and ultimately helping me rescue my resto project. All along the way, Diane/Interstate was responsive, highly professional and personable. A well deserved *****!

Called looking for parts and receptionist took message. Got a call a few days later saying they were busy and couldn’t be bothered to look — “not gonna happen.” At least the receptionist called me back.

Came here looking for parts for my vanagon and they helped me right away and gave me helpful advise and a great price.

The lady at the desk has limited knowledge of water cooled cars. She always had to ask boss for price Bc she didn't know and she told me she'd call me back in 24 hrs only to call 4 days later. The boss guy there is very knowledgeable of VW but charges a lot for the parts. But overall he's a nice guy. If you need rare vw parts this guy has it but be prepared to pay top dollar for it.

Super nice gentleman, very vw knowledgeable. They are having to move out in 6 months though.

I am currently trying to work on my bus on my own. I was having a tough time finding parts. My friend Mike told be about this place. What a god send. They have parts that no one else seems to carry.One of the cool things was the woman on the phone when I wanted to buy extra parts some they just wouldn't because they were so rare they wanted to help as many bus owners as possible.Super neat I thought. They could easily sell the entire stock to one person but choose to make sure they can have the availability for folks like me.I did not experience anyone rude at Interstate. I have delt with them three times now.Are they over the top cheerful? no. Are they direct , honest, and helpful?Yes.I would not hesitate to recommend people to this place. I am so glad my buddy pointed me in this direction.So far between Interstate and Bus Boys I have been able to put my bus back together slowly but surely.Cheers to the vintage VW!I hope someday to visit here in person!I think seeing all the old parts would be rad.Thanks Interstate keep up the good work!
