I’ve been in business for 33 years and I have come across a lot of people that I have worked with and this company by far is fantastic! I highly recommend this company for your hauling either for person or for business. I definitely will not be going to any other company.

I really enjoyed their service! I moved to a new place, and there was a lot of trash, including vanity mirrors. Their response was super fast. I was able to clear out my garage the same day I called them. They offered a free estimate and brought a truck to take all my garbage away immediately. If I didn’t like the estimate, they mentioned they wouldn’t charge anything. The price was pretty reasonable. Highly recommend them!

Great and fast service, although there was some misunderstanding on the initial call, I was told that the visit scheduled was for the inspection, but once I got off work they picked up the junk without confirming the price and was just sent an invoice via email. What if the price is something I couldn’t afford? I double confirmed and even called to see what this time slot scheduled was for that day, and again the person told me it was just a visit to assess the cost. Good thing they gave me a discount, so it somewhat compensated it.

Very smooth process from ordering the dumpster bag through pickup of the items in it. I called once asking for information and the call was quick and my questions answered clearly. Though I assumed they'd just come with a crane to remove the bag, and instead the contents were manually moved into their truck, this took some extra time but they cleaned up everything afterwards, so no complaints, I just felt guilty that they had to move so much stuff!

I had a great experience with Junk King and plan on hiring them again for at least 1-2 more rounds. I’m going minimalist. Too much unnecessary stuff is making me mentally exhausted. And there is too much to clean up with stuff. It’s hard not to have it when you’ve got kiddos. 🤣 They were professional, great with communication, and nice! Highly recommend. Update: I had another great experience for round 2! The only thing I don’t like is they don’t give you a full 3 days or a full 24 hours if you rent for an extra day. I had mine delivered at 5ish and rented for an extra day. They gave me a window between 12pm - 5pm. A few hours can make a big difference so I unfortunately did not get to fill up the whole dumpster. But the good thing is they have different payment plans for usage. I got charged about $400 (instead of $500 for the full dumpster) and paid an extra $75 for an extra day.

I called CalWaste to come take my washer, dryer, and 2 couches. Their rules are so stringent and strict that by not placing the items entirely on the street (otherwise I would have blocked part of the street), they refused to pick it up. Their customer service is rude, too. I called Junk King to help remove my 2 couches that were left. I tried to give them away but there was no hope in getting rid of them. The person over the phone (I forgot his name) was very kind and professional. He walked me through pricing, and was able to pick it up in less than 24 hours the next day. The day of the delivery, I got a call over 30 minutes ahead of time to give me notice they were on their way. They were also very friendly on the phone, too. They arrived on time, picked up the items, and sent me the invoice. It was pretty reasonably priced, too - other companies wanted over $250, but I was charged less than that. This service is great, honestly. From start to finish, everything was smooth, fast, professional, and friendly. I can't recommend this business enough for junk removal.

They were able to do a free estimate the day I called, gave me a conservative and worst-case-scenario breakdown, and were very realistic with their time frames and estimations. On our pickup day, Ian and Jose were both rock stars. We had a very big project emptying out an old barn, and they powered through it. I'm very happy with their service; I would definitely recommend and use again.
