Update: the admission has more than doubled, now $5 to get in. Parts prices seemed to have tripled. All locations go by the same pricing index. Other location wanted to charge me $456 for a cracked bumper cover. Extra for license plate holder. Extra for 1 busted fog light & extra for the 18 inch foam insert. This place has a good Size yard. They sit on 3 different levels. So be ready to climb up those hills. Important note: you need to know where your car is located. The app is good, but NO internet reception or very slow if you can connect. You really do not want to be walking up and down those hills to many times. They strip these cars down pretty fast. So a lot of parts are already gone. They keep the yard fairly clean. Parking lot is big. They have a glass shop in the parking lot. Prices are much higher than before. Think it's to cover the damage people do. Like cut the quarter panel, slice the wiring harness & break the windshield just to get the cigarette lighter.

They refused to let me check out at 5:02 stating they close at 5. No disclosures were made about the check out time. The manager was literally enjoying refusing to help me. He harassed me all the way through the parking lot, taking pictures of me and my car. Beware of these scammers.

1st time at this pick a part. Lot's of cars to get parts from. $3.00 Admission per person. Thankful to God does answer prayer and sent someone us three girls to help us get a part that was difficult to take off apparently guys don't really help here when they see a woman in need but thankfully there was someone there to help us parts for kind of pricey some things you might as well just get at AutoZone or something but overall pretty good experience

Went in to get a passenger side mirror, just the glass. The gut at the front says they are around $10 . I get the mirror and go to pay for it and the lady cashier with a straight face says "it has to be the whole mirror" the expression on her face didn't look like she was joking. I turned around and was going to take it back, then the cashier told me to come back, she did let me buy it for $25. I told the cashier the guy at the front said it would be around 10 bucks, the cashier just brushed it off. Then I go to the check out and the guy says she charged me $4.50 for I guess insurance or something, I didn't ask for that. I went back to get my $25 back but they say they couldn't do it, I can only get the $4.50 back. Never going there again.

This place is so so when it comes to prices, as far as parts go forget about it good luck, I'm giving this place and others like it a break. First come, first serve, but these places should have visit restrictions per person per visit they visit per month.

WOW 😳 😳 😳 Smh. I changed my mind about coming to you after reading your reviews. I suggest that You try to do something about your reviews by improving your front office employees Customer Service skills and Lowering your prices. You get more with honey than with Vinegar. Think about it. You would rather get something for your parts rather than nothing right.

Don't waste your time at this place, what a joke! first, the staff does not know anything about automotive parts, second we the customers are coming to this place NOT to pay Dealership prices. I needed to wait for management to help them with the part I pulled so, they could tell me the part was the same price as purchasing from the Dealership. I understand that they are a business, but if I need to pull the part and they are going to charge the same as the dealership then why would I go to them? When I was waiting in line to ask the location of the vehicle I was looking for, I saw two people leave parts because of the prices they give them. not thinking too much about that, I went on my way pulling my part. but in the end. I had the same experiences as the two people in front of me. So save your time and buy from anyone other than this place.

Definitely not what it used to be seems as if everybody hates working here. The prices are ridiculous but seems as if its only this location I been to plenty other location as far as Willington to Ontario. They over charge for the smallest things and now it's $5 to go in and waist time if you don't find your part or don't like the price you get quoted for part once you finally make Line and get your total. Got quoted a high price for my part chose to leave it looked it up oem off ebay for $45 cheaper than what they wanted to charge me Stay away Definitely won't be coming to this location ever again no matter what part I need. You have been warned no I don't need help explaining any further no thanks.

Go somewhere else. While their part pricing is posted the way they interpret and charge you is crazy. A tiny wiring harness with 4 wires and a single box that holds 1 fuse is 60$. They charge the same price for a complete vehicle fuse block with 65 fuses and relay spots. It’s getting to the point where you can buy new parts for less.

It used to be much more worth it to drive and disassemble parts for amazing prices. Nowadays, it's so darn expensive here. iPullUpull is much more worth it even if the drive is times further away. I hope lkq sees their faults in increasing prices to unbearable numbers.

Prices are ridiculous! They want to charge for the parts as if they were new or something. You can find better prices and better conditions online. Grabbed an impact guard and the bolts and washers that go with it and they wanted to charge for each bolt. Fuses and relays were also ridiculously priced. Look at the other reviews, Price Gouging at its finest.

Worst place ever. I went thru all the work of removing an entire set of seat covers to an suv to be told that they charge 25 per piece. Website says “seat covers 25$ “ so figure 25 per seat…. Nope!! They want 25 for headrest cover 25 for bottom cover 25 for the back cover so in the end it’s cheaper to buy brand new. Won’t be going here again. This is the type of stuff places burn over. Update: got my full set of near new, perfect condition, factory original, wine red leather covers from the Ontario location. For a grand total of $71.07 don’t go here these people are scamming their customers. Take the 10 min drive to Ontario and be treated right and plus the inventory is literally 15x what riverside has and is 100x more orderly and neat. Staff is 10000000x better.

Extremely rude associates. They penny pinch to the extreme and said they have to SPRAY PAINT OUR TOOLS to make sure they're ours when we leave. So their policy is to ruin other people's tools "just in case" there are other tools laying around that they want to charge for. We offered two different solutions to their vandalism (take a picture or mark them with tape) but the guy argued using spray paint instead. THEN he started threatening my husband saying he will spray paint our truck as well and wanted to see our vehicle. So my husband called him out and walked him to our truck. As soon as my husband started recording him he changed his tune and acted like he was innocent and magically had perfect manners. There's no reason to threaten customers or ruin other people's tools, and if they are that concerned in making money then they should have their own tools available for everyone to use so that's not an issue.

It's a big yard...it seemed organized and taken care of...the map that's on their website is accurate..we found exactly what we wanted to and you can take pretty much anything you want as far as tools... And they provide a wheel barrow if needed.. they are located in the right after entering..you don't need to ask you can just use and I'm assuming you have to return back and empty. Prices are a bit high for parts you have to remove yourself...and it being a junk yard... Go early because lines to pay get really long after 10am....OH AND THERE ARE HILLS big ones...and that's the reason I gave it 3 stars..

Seller beware. They offer one price over the phone. Then, after they have you drive it up to the junk yard hill, they have you come down and offer a lower price. Definitely rediculous. So just be sure to speak to them about the final price before you actually turn over the car and get that in writing.

Just a pick your part. $3.00 just to get in and parts are pricey, for a bolt $4.76 each. Wanted to buy a 20 year old coin holder for a dodge and they wanted $7.46. I went to the auto store and bought the bolt cheaper.

Just beware that pricing you find on their website may not be the price they say they charge at checkout. Went to pick up a chassis control module and trans control module. Told all modules are ~90 when online the chassis is ~47. Trans modules aren't listed so oh well. Also warranty pricing is forced, you cannot decline and have to pay with your part.

Horrible customer service and interaction. Maniputive and shady business, they charge you literally for every nut&bolt on items which otherwise are sold as complete. Don't buy and boycott this place entirely, push them out of business for price gouging.

It was decent I think they charged either $3 or $6 per person just to get in. Thankfully they had all the parts we needed. It was a lot of walking and my Dad uses a cane to walk but a really cool feature they have is that they have a tram like car that will take you up and down the hills. I would go there again.

Lots of great parts! However we had to deal with a very rude associate, William, who wasn't helpful but argued with us. We go here all the time, just had a very bad experience. He wanted to charge me admission when all I wanted to do was to pay a part for my husband.

Under new management, and now it got too expensive. Before you go check parts' prices on line most likely you will find it (new) for the same price or cheaper. Make sure you tell the cashier that you don't want a warranty on things that it is not needed (like an antenna etc)

Don't like the fact they price gouge. If you buy an airbox they charge you the box, the filter, the breather hose. Everything separate. Same with jack kits, they'll charge the foam holder, the jack, the jack tools, and the wheel stops all separately. Don't let them rip you off, other wreckers don't do this. Practice should be illegal

I tried to sell them a car, they asked for all the information like make, model, year, etc. I even gave them all the information off the title (so they could look up the car) and got quoted a price of $390.00. When they arrived to pick up the car the driver said they got the make wrong and he'd have to call in and reprice it, he came back saying they could only give me $150.00 for it. The old bait and switch, don't even waste your time with them they're completely dishonest and try and put you on the spot so you'll sell your car cheaper to them. There's other places that will buy them and they give you a fair and HONEST price that they stick with. I'm seriously thinking about reporting them to the Better Business Bureau.

I liked how they have all of their inventory by row and section, you can even use your mobile phone to find what row and section the vehicle you're looking for is located. They even have a shuttle to take you around so you don't walk too much. Great prices on all sorts of parts from tires to hubcaps.
