The female staff were extremely rude and made me wait an extra hour for another employee to assist me. In the end, the original person I spoke with ended up helping me anyway, which didn’t make any sense—especially after being told to wait for someone else. When the other employee finally arrived at the window, she served the person behind me in line, and both workers laughed about it. At first, I thought I might be overreacting, but after reading other reviews, it’s clear this type of behavior is common, as many people have had similar experiences with rude and disrespectful staff.

They didn't even weigh my plastics. They eyeballed my glass and gave the incorrect number. They know their barrels are improperly weighed. They don't even know how t tare the bins before putting your aluminum/plastics inside (which you should do). A number written on the side of a barrel does not weigh that weight. I dare you to take a scale with you next time you go. Have a nice day.

Google said they closed at 12 pm on saturdays. I arrived at 11:40 am and there was a worker at the door saying they weren't accepting any more customers and this isn't the first time this has happened there. I would not refer anyone to them, they are rude and inconsiderate .
