My old Ford truck needed new brakes in the rear, but there was a piece of hardware that is no longer available, and I was looking at possibly needing to scrap my truck. I was able to get the part off of a truck in the yard and the brake shop was able to finish my brake job! I had to get my hands dirty and pull the parts myself, but it was worth it!

Such a lame experience!! Arrived at 4:20 to do a quick walk-through for an easy part and was denied entrance. The guy at the front gate said “they stop letting people in SOMETIME before 5:00.” He basically just made it up. Super rude. Will definitely not ever return and definitely do not recommend.

I can definitely find what your looking for here if u don’t mind the line to get in and out. I’m not complaining it wasn’t worse than DMV lol but it was slow trying to get out with only one cashier but the staff was helpful and friendly. Found what I was searching for and a couple things extra. Best prices around so I will continue to come back.

Huge yard, thousands of cars. Maybe it was Biden declared the winner this morning but all the employees were very friendly and helpful. I received a list of locations for the type of car I was looking for including car color, which made it very easy to find what I was looking for.30 day exchange only warranty on parts but they must be marked with their mark before leaving.You need comfortable shoes here. Large gravel is the standard ground cover.I did not see many portable toilets so keep that in mind.One of the better experiences at a wrecking yard sale be had in a while.Also keep the weather in mind...

That place has everything and their staff must have mechanical engineering degrees the way they knew what parts are needed

If I could give no stars I would! Scheduled a vehicle to be picked up between 8-12 pm this morning. 3rd party tow truck driver call at 9:45 am and said "is your vehicle for sale sale?". I said no and he hung it. He never said his name or tow company name. Who does this?! I called the Pick n Pull Stockton store and the guy told me I had to deal with the tow company and when I asked for the manager he said he can't help you. Then hung up on me. What rude customer service! Pick N Pull uses an unreliable, unprofessional, 3rd party tow company to pick up the vehicles. Pick N Pull Stockton store has a rude and unprofessional guy answering the telephone. I WILL NEVER USE PICK N PULL IN MY LIFE AND I WILL TELL ALL MY FAMILY AND FRIENDS OF MY EXPERIENCE!

Horrible server as I came in 15 prior to closing and tried explaining that I came in from out of town but I know exactly where the part is how to pull it out and bite me in the likelihood is it wouldn’t be there so it would be a non-issue but instead a great display of sub standard service.

They're pretty nice today the employees seem to be all right as long as you don't give them any s*** they won't give you any back

Pick-n-Pull is the way to go when you can't afford to buy new parts or just can't find them. Get their membership card it will pay for itself in no time.
