    Very friendly and we're busy. They are having a used tire sale right now. The price is good but make sure you really check out the tires first. Also, don't forget your $2.00 fee to enter. It's per person

    Definitely a good place to get your used parts. I've seen some parts shipped that looked brand new due to the employees attention to detail. Mark the parts counter guys extremely knowledgeable and helpful, but the same goes for all of the employees there.

    I was able to get some badges and a shift knob for free. Their staff is welcoming and kind, and they have good inventory. Would greatly recommend if you’re looking for some parts! Service: Part finding & extracting

    Called the phone number, they told me they had the exact car I was looking for in the oroville yard and to head down to grab what I needed. Long story short.. I drove 25 mins just for the guys to tell me sorry the yards closed(it was 5:10) and that the car was there but not available. I literally just needed to visually see a part. Complete waste of time, poor customer service. Best of luck.

    Mark at the Oroville BNR is the most polite and nicest Knowledgeable person… if it weren’t for him and his knowledge.. I would go elsewhere all of my friends feel the same way.. he’s always pleasant and kind… I don’t know what.his wages are but he’s invaluable to the business and desrerves a raise!
