My expeience was totally disheartening. Although I sent them a picture of the part I need and provided all of the required information. They sold me one off a different vehicle. My mechanic called me to inform me that the part was from a different vehicle from mine. They insured me that it was from the same type of vehicle. Mind you, I drove 70 miles one way to Fresno to purchase this part. I paid cash believing that they were being honest. I notified them of the situation and was told to return the part. Upon my arrival. The service person asked me if I had sent them a picture of the part, I replied yes, and had pictures to validate my position. This person then notified me that they had the part I needed and went to the parts room to retrive it. He returned with a part that was not only from another vehicle, but was nowhere close to the part/picture that I provided. He then had the audacity try to attempt to give me store credit as oppose to returning my money according to their own policy. Also telling me that most businesses have the same policy. These people intentionally sold me the wrong part, then attempted to add insult to injury by keeping my money. Luckily the owner was in the room and told him that that was not an industry practice, to return my money. As the owner left the room, this person attempted to shift the blame onto his boss. The fact that I was actually there for the entire exchange should have given him a clue that I knew better. He was clueless! Here is the funniest part. He actually told me that he was looking foward to assisting me with my parts need in the future. "FOOL ME ONCE, SHAME ON you; FOOL ME TWICE, SHAME ON ME"

In search of parts for my vehicle, it’s very frustrating to go through all the trouble to enter information on the parts needed only to get to the page where they want my contact info instead of getting a quote for the items needed or even if they have them in stock. READING ALL THE REVIEWS ON HERE THE OWNER TAKES ZERO (0) ACCOUNTABILITY FOR UNSATISFIED CUSTOMERS. THAT IS EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL AND DISHONEST. FOR THAT READON I WILL TAKE BY BUSINESS SOMEWHERE ELSE. I DONT RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS.

Ok. We go there Jan. 8, 2025 looking for the housing for left tail light. They were going to charge Larry $35 dollars. Found out auto zone has it for $7 they are rude . Overpricing . Never go there
